Is customer service important to this company? I have been to this location three different times and not once have I been spoken to. Very disappointing as I work in retail and customer service and greeting someone to make them feel welcome is key. I also heard that it’s very difficult to get a job there so I figured the customer service would be elite. Half of the staff was wearing t shirts and needed to go home and brush their hair. Be better y’all!

My review is about something that Happened a while ago… I went into the fitting rooms and tried on 2 beautiful dresses and as soon as I came out of the dressing room a white older lady (employee) approached me and said “oh I’ll take that from you “ … mind you she didn’t even ask me how did they fit or didn’t even gave me the opportunity to say I will or won’t be taking these dresses … she just assumed I wouldn’t ? Also I did go into the store maybe not looking my best ? So I think she just judge me thinking I couldn’t afford it 😂 felt very highly profiled … anyways I tell her “OH IM GOING TO PURCHASE THESE DRESSES “ and face expression was a little shocked and said oh ok … fake smile forsure

The young blond woman in the dressing rooms yesterday was very hostile and unhelpful. I let her know I was looking for a specific jean and she seemed annoyed that I needed help and never followed up with me or let me know about the pant I asked for. On my way out of the dressing room I asked her about the pant and she said “oh yea we don’t have it in store”. As I walked out of the store I found the pant on a table close to the dressing rooms. I’m hoping this is just one bad apple and the whole store isn’t this way because Antho is one of my favorite companies.

I can't say that I have a problem with this specific location so much as a problem with the company itself. Crappy disposable house wares and clothing that are both astonishingly expensive. This must be a hype brand, because even things I've received as gifts in the past fell apart within one season. If you want fast fashion for top dollar, go to Anthro.
