Everything was going well. We called early in the morning to secure a 12 o'clock late check out for a truck driver. The front desk approved the extra time. Just before 10:40 hotel staff were knocking on the door informing the truck driver he needed to vacate the room. To avoid issues, he complied. Horrible...their word is NOT their bond.

Todo iba bien. Llamamos temprano en la mañana para asegurar una salida tardía a las 12 en punto para un chofer de camión comercial. La recepción aprobó el tiempo extra. Justo antes de las 10:40, el personal del hotel estaba tocando a la puerta para informar al chofer del camión comercial que necesitaba desalojar la habitación. Para evitar problemas, cumplió. Horrible...la palabra de ellos, NO es su vínculo.

Muy mal servicio el dueño se queja de todo. Me robaron me mi herramienta y nunca reviso las cámaras no lo recomiendo mala experiencia

The room was great. They had 7 foot shower heads! Tall people understand how hard that is to find!

Water pressure was great, bed was comfortable, AC worked great, and the room was VERY clean every day of my stay.

The area was very quiet and safe, as well as the motel itself, and it was also a short drive from the industrial area of Memphis.

Considering all of this, the rate for the week long stay was phenomenal. I highly recommend for anyone temporarily working in the city who is looking for something away from all of the chaos of Memphis.

Clean rooms, convenient location. There are some shortcomings. I give 4 stars, with hope for the future. The central door is almost always closed, so you have to use the doors on the sides. There is definitely no breakfast and no coffee either. The pool is definitely not working. The main thing is that the bugs did not bite.

It was interesting trying to find the place when the gps took us to the Flying J around the way. The hotel is terrible. Paid $89 for one night, which was already mostly over. I got off the road at 2am, check out is 11. and the room shouldn’t be more than $14 per night. Beds are spring and noisy. Hotel is noisy and the room door doesn’t help any of it. Smells, sights, sounds. All bad. Never again.

I had to beg to get a extra towel the manager acted as if it was a big inconvenience to give it to me and he was rude when we checked in. We asked if we could change from a king suite to a dbl he charged us a extra 50.00 when the room we changed to was cheaper. The outside door lock had duct tape on it n really didn't lock. There's was a really funky smell in the hallway. They say the front desk is open till 2 but you can't get in after 9 was told if we were late checking in we wouldn't be allowed because no one was ava6after 9pm. Will not stay here again. The guy at the front desk stated he owned the place only to find out he was just the manager.

Place is amazing. Room was clean, bed mattress was excellent. Staff is too friendly and helpful. Indoor property so we felt safe at night. Lobby area is huge. They also have vending machine and snacks shop at front desk.
