When I saw these reviews, had to step in and put my two cents in. Anyone that steps into this store feels instantly welcomed. I have purchased watches, jewelry and even my wife’s engagement ring here and not only have they always been 100% honest and willing to work with me on pricing, but they have always stood behind the items. Once, they repaired a watch more than two years after I purchased it. These gentlemen have been serving the Alhambra and Los Angeles community for over 10 years without a single issue. To question their integrity or quality of work is simply to not know them.

Saw an absolutely stunning vintage carved tourmaline ring on instagram (in my size, no less!) and had to jump on it, naturally -- I even reached out after purchase to request a delayed shipping as I was due to head out on vacation and was worried about nobody being home to sign for the package, and AJG were very accommodating and quick to help! The ring arrived safely and securely, and it is somehow even more gorgeous in person. An excellent experience, all around! 🙂

I don’t normally leave reviews especially bad ones however, I bought a Rolex from who I believe to be the owner of the store. Took me a long time to save up and put the money together and after about a week it was not running correctly. I brought it back in and was told that there is no warranty on the watch since it wasn’t brand new. I was also told that they have no way to verify it’s the same watch they sold me. Like seriously? They’re jewelers of course they can verify it’s the same one. Took it to a watchmaker and was told that the watch had many aftermarket/fake parts and needed a lot of work. Very disappointed to say the least. They wouldn’t refund or exchange and from what I’m understanding it’s not even worth half of what I paid. 1 star is more than what they deserve.

Glorious jewelry modification experience!! Al helped me with two earrings (conch and helix), replaced a moissanite stone in my engagement ring, and resized another ring super fast during the Christmas holiday madness and with quality craftsmanship! He is very patient, thorough and straightforward with his customer service. Even though my cartilage earrings were slightly complicated and one of them required revision after the first modification, Al was easy to work with and offered solutions that fixed all my problems at very reasonable prices. Highly recommend his expertise and service!
