We needed an estate sale company for my dad’s house. I live out of state so I was very concerned about hiring a good company. My daughter saw good reviews online for Alfred-Dawn estate sales. She gave them a call. After the call with John, we decided they were the company we would go with. As a side note, Alfred-Dawn is John and Lori’s middle names. After we signed our contract, Lori and John came to the house and did a great job staging the house for the sale. Items were priced well. John and Lori responded quickly to my many text messages. Lori and John are very friendly. When the sale was over, they had a company come and take away the few items that didn’t sell. The house is now ready for new people to move in. We are so happy that we chose to go with Alfred-Dawn Estate Sales!

I have always had a very positive experience shopping with Lori and John at Alfred Dawn Estate sales. They are very friendly and knowledgeable when I have questions on items. They do such a great job on cleaning and preparing for there sales and this makes shopping with them more desirable than many other estate sale companies in the area. There prices aren't ridiculously high like some of the other companies. I highly recommend them and will use them if needed in the future.
