I frequently visit this Aldo branch for their high-quality shoe care products, I particularly like the Cleanse Nettoie wipes. If you're sensitive to a vinegar-like scent, be cautious as it can be strong. However, its very efficient in keeping shoes looking brand new.

During my recent visit, I asked about the Retrospec sneakers in size 7 but unfortunately, they didn't have my size in stock. Ari, a staff member who has helped me before, graciously offered to facilitate an online order. She had previously assisted me with my messenger bag purchase and introduced me to the affordable Aldo Leather Conditioner, an effective alternative to the pricier Alden Leather Defender which I usually use for my leather products. On her advice, I also tried the Shoe Shine brush for my bag, which was I felt was much better because my current brush had rough bristles which I was worried could damage my bag.

The customer service here consistently impresses me, with commendable contributions from other staff members I've met before like Gio and Sam. To my pleasant surprise, I discovered that Ari is the assistant store manager. I thought she was part of the floor sales but her customer service underscores the hands-on leadership at this location. Similarly, I observed the store manager, Chris, actively engaging in store maintenance, which speaks to the collaborative vibe of this particular store, setting it apart from other Aldo outlets I've visited in the past.

I look forward to returning for more shoe care products and hope to find a broader selection in my size next time.

I had the most pleasant experience at Aldo because of Jasmine! She was so attentive and professional from the moment we stepped in. I was looking for a pair of shoes for a special occasion and she was so quick in helping me find not just one but two pairs that I fell in love with! One of the pairs were not available in my size in store so she assisted in getting the shoes shipped to me instead. I had mentioned to her that my feet were hurting and she recommended the gel inserts for the shoes that made all the difference! I cannot thank Jasmine enough and it truly was such a pleasure to be assisted by her. I left with a smile on my face!

We went in to look only but after asking Jasmine about a paying option my fiancé found online she helped him out and we were able to buy everything he needed for our wedding. Jasmine was the only one working that day. Yet she was so calm, collected, and helpful to everyone who needed help. She helped with shoes, suggested a cleaner for them, socks to go with it, and helped with his belt. Thank you so much again Jasmine!

Overpriced shoes, quality has dropped. Currently at the mall to
Return them only to find their store closed, even though online says 10am open time. This is frustrating.

Came back, not accepting my return. I just bought these yesterday. I’ve brought in shoes that I’ve had for a week, no fuss. Never coming back here again. The attendant was gracious and I don’t blame her for this wannabee brands backwards policies.

I’ve been meaning to check out Aldo for agggeeesss. It took me a while but the TikTok adds for the pillow walk shoes finally overtook me. Me and my mother went in ready to purchase, and JASMINE took excellent care of us. She recommended some flat sandals (usually don’t wear flats) that were adorable and so feminine. I’ve purchased about 5-6 pairs of shoes and she was so helpful with sizing, recommendations, and info about breaking them in, cushion inserts etc. Jasmine will be my go-to every time! She instantly gets the vibe and matches it to make the experience wonderful.
