Thank you and I appreciate the Alameda County Social Services nice and friendly services and supports. The EBT is very good Gov benefits and convenient to use it in daily life. I would definitely highly recommend and would give a five stars rating for local county social services.

I had a very easy experience at the office. I did have to wait for service. But it was efficient. They understood my circumstances and gave me all the information I needed. I didn't originally request medical. I got forced into it by the new Healthcare market and a drop in my income.

I’m so annoyed this is the third month the didn’t renew my EBT, each time I’ve had to call MULTIPLE times just to talk to someone so that they can turn it back on because my case is ACTIVE!! and each time I got the issue resolved it was always someone other than my caseworker Sandy she’s the worst I swear I’ve called her every single time and she literally never answers it’s like why even work there if you’re not even doing your job? Like why is she working there still if she never does anything Can I file a complaint? Because this is stressful on me for real I need that EBT for my baby I’ve had to borrow money just because this one person doesn’t want to work with me for some reason😡

What is the point in having 3 day emergency foodstamps if it takes more than a week to talk to someone?

My caseworker number goes straight to voice-mail without a single ring. I left her a message and was not called back.

Maybe you should get to work now and answer the phone and call applicants back. You got a job; Do it.

I get it.. The workers deal with plenty of disrespectful and rude people, but they should realize that the people coming in are in need of help but that is no reason for workers to give attitude, or be unprofessional. It takes no effort to be a nice person, being rude takes effort..

This county and its office in fremont ca is the worst services all over Bay Area. In Fremont office there are 50 people only one counter working and there are 5 more counters with no employees

Rude workers not helpful at all just saying go and worker will call back but the worker will never call back, special the women on window 2 and the man on window 3 are very rude just acting like they are doing something on computer but not working they are just acting as they did something
Just avoid this office they just waste your time.
