Hello

I recently called airtel store dilsuknagar branch staying in abroad, I wanted to convert the eSIM from my old phone from new phone.

I requested the person to advice me as I can’t travel back to India just for transferring the esim, I mentioned the number is very imp to me as it is linked to my PAN and adhar card.

He straight away said there’s no way out i need to come to the store!!!

I next called airtel customer service who resolved my issue within minutes!!

The thing is airtel is a pan India company!! At least educate the employees you heir to maintain the standards of the company!! How is he even working in airtel if he has no knowledge about things!! Highly disappointing!! Not even for once, I asked him thrice! He was so sure that he has no solution to the problem!! Be professional!!

This Airtel store is in Dilsukhnagar. Here first we are supposed to take a token and then wait for our turn and can go to the respected counter. But the Service is here is pathetic. Specially the girls are most irresponsible. They check msgs while talking to us or chit chat with their staff keeping us infront. That is the worst part here. But men agents are very good and patient here. I have been previously experienced with srinivas and recently with Dinesh.. they really listens to our problem very patiently and try to solve them as early as possible.

Best store mostly solves my problem here, solves problem in few hours but sim card cost increased compared to 10-5 years back and don't visit airtel mini saroornagar branch opposite asian Shiva ganga worst store

Worst service. They don't even have time to listen to our issue. The way they behave with customers is very rude. They just say we can't solve your issue, you can dial 121 and ask them. I visited their store multiple times but my issue isn't yet solved. I decided to port to some other network which have good customer support teams

This store is on main road of Dilshuknagar, store can be easily identified, there is limited parking available for store and staff is welcoming , you can get all the services related to Postpaid, prepaid, DTH, Airtel fibre here. You can also get WiFI hotspots devices here. Staff is limited and usually not too crowded and mask is compulsory. I recommend to.visit the place for your queries.
