This a beautiful property and location. I was able to treat some family from out of town to a great day and this hotel was perfect to end the day.
Nal at the front desk was pleasant and professional, helped with all my precheck in needs.
Management was fantastic. They were able to assist with the booking and even took a few minutes to give me a personal tour of the property.
Breakfast area was large and clean, hot and cold options. The outdoor area was the highlight of the property. Amazing pool area, outdoor patios, and the courtyard area was the best.
Thank you to everyone that was able to make this a great stay for me and my family.

Decent, liked location. Employees were great. Probably will try different place next time. Hot tub warm not hot, jets didn't work on hot tub, and the massage bed they advertise is extra. I actually booked there because that was the tie breaker between two hotel. Figure after a 4 hour flight and hiking that would be nice. Too expensive. Plus breakfast is extra. 10.00 a preson ( 20.00) for 4 days ( 80.00) for a hotel breakfast.

While the staff were friendly during our stay, I cannot recommend this hotel. I won't be back, and I likely won't stay in another Best Western property again. I was packing my bag at 3:30 am to leave by 4am for an early flight. I left an item in the room and realized it at the airport. I spoke to a staff member at 6am who found it, and left a note on it. All good so far. Well, I live in another state and was there visiting a friend who is battling cancer. The ONLY option for getting my property back is to have my friend go get it. I offered to pay for any expense (gas, postage, etc.) and was told by 2 staff members, including the manager that their policy is not to mail property back. Oh, and even more, they will only hold it for 30 days. No exception offered even though I explained the circumstances and was happy to pay. Needless to say I won't ever stay there again, and I travel to Scottsdale 2-3 times/year. I travel a lot for work and personal. I will do everything to avoid Best Western properties given this policy.

The staff was very friendly and polite! Nice environment. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Had minor wear and tear. (Mainly the lining to the carpet/doorframe) Definitely worth the stay though. The beds were comfortable. Staying here again. I would highly recommend.

I liked the room itself, I felt like it was very good value for the price! Very clean, two televisions, awesome water pressure, and a cozy bed! The pool was clean and a great temperature, with awesome seating all around it! I loved the wedding out back, too. It winded down at a really appropriate time and the singing and laughter were an awesome backdrop for a lovely weekend. I liked that the staff were kind and available if we needed them, but also left us to our own devices. Great stay!

I’ve stayed here countless times over the past few years. I’ve watched the price rise quickly over the years but quality has decreased. For almost $200/night, I expect a bare minimum of a clean room, no frills. I found several long black hairs, some short red hairs, dried ketchup on the counter, and a pill of some kind under one of the tables. I have a toddler so had to quickly clean everything up before he got into it. I was not compensated in any way and was promised a call from management but never received it. My review will change if they make it right, otherwise I will need to find a new hotel. This was really gross.

We stayed over Labor Day weekend and had the best time! The manager, Sam Grider was incredibly friendly and helpful. He made sure we were taken care of and comfortable, knowing we were traveling with a toddler. Sam and Dan at the front desk were also very friendly and helpful! The bartender was also great and one of the housekeepers was so sweet and gave our son a toy car. The breakfast was great and the pool area and yard with games were great to keep us the perfect amount of entertained and relaxed all weekend. Also, great restaurants nearby. Can’t recommend this hotel enough! We will definitely be back!
