We've been going to Pam & Sam's Estate Sales for over a year and their prices are always great, items are displayed very well and they are very nice people too! Always a must stop at when we see their sales!

Speaking as an estate sale customer I would give them a 3 out of 5 at best. I must admit that the sales I have gone to were clean, neat, well organized and the sales staff were friendly. Where they lose points was on the pricing IMO. I noticed many leaving empty handed and that is a huge red flag usually meaning the prices are high. After looking around I would say that pricing was anywhere from 30% to 50% overpriced with the greatest amount being on seasonal items. I have been going to estate sales for well over a decade and am just adding my two cents worth. I may give them another chance sometime down the road but in the near future I will avoid them as they are a waste of my time.
