Every time I come here I have intent to buy something , and the way the employees act deters me.
First time, I was in over an hour before closing and the girl wouldn’t let me try anything on. So I didn’t spend my money there.
Second time, I asked if they had the crossover flowy shorts in a specific size and color. The girl kept asking me what length, those specific shorts that I called by name come in one length. She was rude and her fellow employee and her looked me up and down as I said the shorts came in one length. She said yea I’ll go look. And she never did. Or checked back in with me

This is indeed a clearance store (the American eagle here isn't) and they sell clearance undies from last season 10 pairs for $30 so if you missed buying last seasons styles they still have them here but popular styles picked out (especially their cotton boybriefs everyone loves). Unfortunately bins are disorganized by sizes and people throw wrong sizes in the bins like I accidentally bought an XL thong (still fits due to their amazing elastic) when I thought I was getting a large. I have to do employee work for them by tossing those sizes in the correct bins xD I also got a pair of cute shorts that I can lounge around the house in or wear out walking the dogs. Can't wait til I go back finding this seasons styles in clearance for next. Unfortunately they only had bras up to DD cup size when I wanted to try one of their bras

I can’t stop thinking about how wonderful my experience was shopping at this location yesterday! My family and I stopped in looking for a particular item and I decided to look around. I am very new to shopping at aerie and have never shopped this location. When I tell you every single woman working there last night was so welcoming and absolutely wonderful, I literally mean every single one. They all had genuine smiles and intent to help me in any way possible.

As a mom, especially with a crabby toddler and impatient 7 year old, shopping doesn’t happen often. My birthday is Friday and I had some hope I’d have something, I left with a whole bag of items! I was gifted a coupon for a free bra because the woman overheard from my family’s convo it was my birthday coming. I was extremely shocked and so thankful! Thanks again!

This location is very clean, has spacious fitting rooms, is well kept, STOCKED FULL, and has awesome deals being an outlet location.

I am so grateful for my shopping experience and will definitely be going back!!

I came in to return a couple of items and of course shop! Hayley was so helpful and kind! I had tried on a swimsuit and didn’t like how it fit at all. She asked what I didn’t like about it and gave me suggestions on other suits that would better fit what I was looking for and I ended up purchasing one she recommended!! I really appreciate her great product knowledge and how she went above and beyond to help make sure I left with a swimsuit I loved!!

When I come to Tangier Outlets, my first stop is usually Aerie because they have the coziest clothes. You have to watch the prices though because sometimes I'll get a promo email and want to try the clothes on instead of buying online blindly. The promos in the email don't always reflect in store. If you contact them online, they will give you a refund, but you have to go back to the store to get it. It's a big waste of time and gas.

When I came into this arie, I didn't think much of it. All the arie's I've been to had great staff and a lot of sizes, so walking into this one I expected no different. The staff was as expected very nice and helpful but taking a deeper look in the store I realized the biggest size they had in there was small. I was confused. Normally they have the racks lined up XXS to XL or XXL in some places. I didn't want to say anything to the staff to make them uncomfortable, so I asked if they had bigger sizes in the back for some products. There wasn't. Only smalls. I ended up leaving and feeling confused. This is not a staff problem this is a manager problem. I'm pretty sure it's the managers that order the clothes anyway. I don't know if it was just when I went in but other stores have always had more sizes. I have never had an experience like this an I am hesitant to go back to this arie location.

Wow!!! The staff at this store is among the most friendly and helpful you will find!!! Great deals. Aerie is a STAPLE during COVID!! Perfect spot to stock up on undies and lounge wear!!! The gals in there are SO kind. It makes for a very pleasant shopping experience!
