I absolutely love this place. As a women I sometimes get intimidated walking into these places but this team is SO awesome. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help. I purchased a wiper blade that wasn’t fully making contact with my windshield so I brought it back to get help with it.
The two gentleman who helped me were great! Ultimately I needed a new blade and they helped me get the right one with the proper for. It took a few tries and the one that was right for my vehicle was a bit more expensive but they gave it to me for the same the same price.as my original purchase.
I am a customer for life and I feel Better knowing you all are there in case I need anything for my vehicle. Thanks again!

Went in to get a battery for my key fob. I asked to make sure I grabbed the right size and the associate started changing it for me. Which I didn’t ask for him to do, by the way, but thought it was nice. I watched him being unnecessarily rough and even breaking one of the little clips inside the fob. Then, the fob didn’t work. So I go back in and the associate tells me that my key may be the problem. I knew it was not the key because my old battery was dying, not dead, so it was still working. I told him that and was discounted, still being told it might be my key. I asked if we could try another battery. I’m not sure if he didn’t understand what I was asking or if he thought I was stupid, but that conversation was hardly productive. Another employee, I think the manager, did come over and tell him to try a Duracell. I mentioned those didn’t work when my battery went out a couple years ago but I appreciated him trying to find a solution. So the first associate put the Duracell in, still doesn’t work. I go back in. Once again, told it’s my key fob. So, I ask if I can just have the battery that I bought and left. Sat in my car in the parking lot, took less than 2 minutes to change the battery myself, and now my fob works perfectly. So, I and my key fob weren’t the problem. Overall, not a fan of that interaction at all. I did appreciate the price of the battery and not having the buy the Duracell that also didn’t work. And it was nice that the other associate was at least willing to try to find a solution.

From the moment I walked into Advance Auto parts, I was greeted by a very kind gentleman, Ivan. I needed a hubcap for my Toyota Camry. He helped me pick out four new ones and took his time putting them on my car. He was so nice and knowledgeable. After he was done, I walked back into the store to tell your manager, Jose. I was so thrilled with the service I received. I will tell my friends and if I need anything in the future, I certainly will go back there. Thank you for employing such wonderful people.

Was told my parts arrived and ready for pickup only to arrive to an apparent mix up and my parts were sent back because an employee never put the paperwork them; was told they reordered and I could pick up at another location. Got to that location the next day to only 2 of the things arrive. Long story short, had to drive to 2 locations on 6 different occasions over a week to finally get the parts. Customer service is garbage, never offered a discount or apology for their mixup. Will never shop here again.

The parts were wrong and I had to return them.
