I’ve had a lease for over four years now with this apartments my first lease was over in Gilbert off of Williams and Wrecker This company is very nice respectful they keep the area very clean. I feel safe when I go to bed at night to sleep and I wake up in the morning they keep everything in good working condition when I call maintenance to change my filters, they’re there the next day sometimes the same day I’ve been very happy here and I would recommend everybody I see to come and have a rental apartment with this complex. They’re the best

It goes without saying that Acero Queen Creek is a BEAUTIFUL property with countless awesome amenities. What you may not realize is how hard the office staff and maintenance work to keep it running smoothly and to take care of us, the residents! I love it here, not only because my apartment is my beautiful, happy place, but because I see the staff actively working all around the grounds.
Justin and all of the office staff have always been available to answer any questions and Chris and all maintenance people are friendly and super helpful, always working hard to keep things gorgeous! I love it here!

We lived here for just over a year and never really had an issue. Front office was lovely and always helpful in the rare occasion we needed their help, the grounds were well maintained, nice dog park and walking loop inside the complex, and great location.

The only thing I would be aware of is the fixed move out cleaning costs. I’m sure we were made aware upon signing but having it be a fixed charge of over $300 regardless of how clean the apartment is seems a bit excessive. It would be nice to have the option to opt in for something like that instead.

I recently toured Acero Queen Creek and was thoroughly impressed. Tallie showed me around, and she was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The complex itself is amazing, with modern amenities and beautifully maintained grounds. The apartments are spacious and well-designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. I can definitely see myself living here. Highly recommend!!

I leased for over a year here and I would never recommend anyone I call a friend or a family member to live here. I had multiple instances where I had to walk to the office to make reports on their cheap appliances that were just “fixed” a week prior. One time, not able to do laundry for over a week and with being a mom that was a huge inconvenience. The maintenance guys however always so kind, honest and very helpful. My apartment building was 18, therefore close to the gym, the pool table and the main pool. The constant noise was always an issue, with people up and partying any day of the week until 2-3 am. The Valet trash services would not go some days with no warning and trash everywhere was such an issue to me. Im not a fan of cockroaches. The fights I witnessed between dog owners or just domestic issues were alarming thinking back. The many times cops got called made me feel like I was back in Phoenix where you would see and hear sirens all the time. Not a safe area if you have kids 100%. For my own safety I installed a door camera and even that way some of my Amazon packages would still get stolen. The stairs and common areas were 4 out of 7 days of the week covered in poop, trash or stains just exhuming that the rent amount they asked for was and is still outrageous. I have lived in worst places honestly and I don’t like to complaint. I would just clean myself for the neighbors and remove myself from the pool for example instead of allowing my children to witness improper behavior. Before we left we were told to do “minimal cleaning” because regardless a $200 cleaning fee would be deducted from our deposit and sure enough minus $200. Then another $350 for carpet cleaning that just threw me overboard, specially after they never showed for the final walk through and it wasn’t communicated that the carpet would be excused from their original email stating to do “minimal cleaning”.
You all heard about the hostage situation that happened earlier this year there as well right? Yea.
It was pretty inside the apartment though!
