Signed a 18 month lease 6 months ago and couldn't be happier. Amazingly clean apartment complex with lots of amenities and extremely nice interiors and kitchen islands.

One star for the quality of service and care from the front office and managerial staff (Andy is missed). If you like having younger adults stomping/dropping objects and heavy walking above you all day, then this is your place!.... Beware of the first or second floors....or just flat out stay away and go find a complex with a quality building or staff and community that will take your concerns seriously.. But, just our fair warning. This was a 3-4 month ordeal with the noise and all we felt was like we we're getting told what we wanted to hear without any real action from the staff or management. The 2 months free is nice, then you realize why they are offering two months free. Nothing in life is free, I suppose. You live and learn. Other than that, pool and amenities are nice.

This is a beautiful place to live, but I mainly give 10/10 for their excellent customer service. The management guys are very helpful and friendly, they answered all my questions, they were very patient and I was able to move forward quickly. The apartment is beautiful. The peaceful environment. The common areas are always clean. It met my expectations. Excellent place.

This apartment complex has been underwhelming. Despite being marketed as luxury, the construction quality is poor, with extremely thin walls that make noise from neighbors unavoidable. Additionally, management has been consistently unprofessional, with poor communication and a lack of responsiveness. I would not recommend this property for those seeking a high-quality living experience.

Have no complaints, brand new complex, beautiful amenities and the staff go above and beyond to communicate if there is any issue. (Never had one). Walked in to office one day and immediately got a tour and Justin is the man! He got me moved in 3 days early as I was going out of town and wanted to get everything moved in prior. Made the entire process a breeze and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move here. It’s the perfect distance away from any freeways, maybe 3/4 mile away from loop 202, but you never hear any cars or traffic and it’s always super quiet. Never have any issues, zero complaints & Glad to call Acero Hawes Crossing home. Thank you again Justin for being an outstanding leasing consultant and making my move-in stress free & quick.

Just moved in the process was very smooth and easy the leasing office Team is great the apartments are very nice my only problem is that you have residents here who lock their dog out of the home all day and keeps them out in the patio all day and it’s non stop barking all day and night haven’t been able to get any good sleep I really wish the office does something about this. It’s turning into noise violation and I love dogs btw it’s just you have people trying to get some rest you can’t let your dog bark all night that’s not fair to everyone else
