This company is wonderful! Ace Home Service treats you like you are their only customer. These were some of the most polite and clean professionals that were all about getting the job done with success. With thanks to Derek, Austin, and Gabriel who were awesome!! These guys care, are hard workers and get to business. I hope their employer realizes this and treats them well. It was a pleasure doing business with you all. Derek is a very good salesman and sees you through an install. Not wanting to worry about my 88 year old mom I opted on a new unit instead of fixing the old unit. Derek answered all my questions he was very informative with what to expect, what is included, and what isn't. Derek got me an estimate right away. I plan to use Ace Home Services from now on.

We had our hot water tank go out and Ace Home Services sent Ty, Marcus and Josh who were all great! Marcus was the main tech and the other two came out to assist. They were friendly, polite and understanding. Very knowledgeable and did a beautiful job of installing a tankless unit. Very happy with the work!

I was amazed to have same day service. Cody called and confirmed he was on his way. He is friendly, polite, listened to my concerns about my electrical issues, and was very informative and even talk to Yavapai County permit official to confirm their requirements. I truly appreciate his professionalism and genuine caring attitude. I highly recommend Cody, he went beyond what was required of him.

I want to give Xavier a shout out for finally coming back out and fixing the issues that arose from the original installation of the water heater. He is personable and professional. However, I would caution about this company and their customer service. Saying it is lacking is being generous. They do not communicate at all; left me for a full day of missing work, while waiting on a plumber. No updates, not a word, and no plumber showed until it was too late to do any work. And, whenever I called in (only twice that day, and on another occasion) you get the impression that the folks taking the calls are put out, and they certainly could care less about the customer - and it shows. So, if you can tolerate being treated like an annoyance, the work ends up being pretty decent.

Devin Gillissie was not only knowledgeable, but respectful of our home, he was so personal able!! He explained everything to us in detail! He took pictures of before and after his work. He showed us other issues, past electricians did, that were not up to code.
He did not try to up sale us. He was very honest!!
Hard to find hard working honest people like him!! He really went out of his way for us! Ace Company has an ACE employee right here! I hope they will see this.

I had a great experience with Austin fixing my heater. He didn’t try to upsell me; he explained what had happened in terms I could understand ; very professional and personable. I will definitely ask for Austin should I require any other maintenance.
