Aquí no vengo más ni aunque me esté muriendo me cobraron por media hora y con seguro médico unos 581 dollars por nada y lo único que hicieron fue análisis de sangre que lo dudó sacaron sangre y vinieron al rato que si tenía presión alta cosa que desmintió otro hospital sin unos abusadores como aquí no viene nadie ellos quieren sacarle los ojos al que caiga

This is by far #1 recommended hospital. The staff treat u well you can tell they enjoy there job there. They're very patient explain things to where u leave with more piece of mind and know of what to do next. While there its comfortable more at ease while waiting for test results to come back. They talk to me with kindness and I feel like I'm one of there family members they're caring for special thanks to Shannon RN ,Lionel Tech, and Dr. Russell for providing me with the comforting service I received. Highly recommend this hospital.

I’m not the type of person to leave reviews but after two recent visits to this hospital and the care I received both times, I’m livid. If you want to be seen quickly, this is a place that will get you in a room immediately. I’m starting to wonder if they can always get you in right away because people know that they won’t get proper care going here so that’s why it’s never busy. I don’t need/want to go into the reason I went here but all I have to say is regardless of why someone is in this hospital, they are still a patient. Both times I went I was treated like a burden to be in their presence. No bedside manner, didn’t take the time to really listen to my concerns or what had been going on and I left both times with only a referral to a specialist and no answers. I went there because I needed answers to know if I was in danger from very real and serious health concerns but instead I got no answers, a referral that would take 3-6 months to be seen, and upset because I felt looked down on. I wasn’t good enough in their eyes to take the time. My husband was seen here and had a great experience, all the testing he could need was done, he got a diagnosis and had staff work with him that actually cared. Even though he had a good experience we have both agreed that this is a place that people should not go to.
Bottom line: treat your patients like human beings and if you don’t care why they are there, you could take a little bit of effort to just pretend. I will never go back and I urge others to go elsewhere.
Do I think saying any of this will change the way they do things? No. But if I can spare anyone else this feeling of hopelessness and can save their time and money, it was worth it.

I took my daughter here for pain in her side and back. She couldn't stand upright for more than 24 hours. We were checked in and sent to a room immediately upon arrival. The front desk does not take your insurance information. They send a link for you to fill out the information. Conflicting information online and with our insurance I was not sure if they took it. The nurses did not introduce themselves and asked personal questions unrelated to my daughters health. They had no patience when asking for her medications and previous diagnoses. Short and rude. They could not read her anxiety level and pain. The doctor was decent but blew off the pain and gave the impression it was nothing but they would do a CT scan if we wanted it. I asked the front desk about our insurance but the woman said she was too busy to tell me simply that they take ALL insurance. We left AMA and we're threatened that our insurance may not cover an AMA visit. My daughter was upset. We knew what it wasn't but no one took the time to listen. We asked for an itemized bill they said we had to call someone else after we paid it.

I read all of the reviews as I ubered to it this evening. I kinda got upset that I had to go here because the Honor Health one was closed already. The front desk was extremely helpful and courteous. Nurses and the doctor I saw were professional, empathetic, concerned and just generally nice people to talk to. I enjoyed my short stay this evening.

January 28th 2025. Visited ER suffering from aggressive URI not being relieved with over-the-counter meds. I was totally impressed from check-in to check out. Everyone was friendly, very professional and within 20 minutes of check-in I was being seen and evaluated by a very capable PA. They conducted several tests, including a chest x-ray and did a separate evaluation for possible blood clot in my lungs. I was out the door in less than 2 hrs with a prescription in hand and the satisfaction of a good medical exam and on my way home. Interestingly, on their website you can actually do an online check-in for a specific time eliminating the need to sit and wait your turn in the waiting room. all new facility with all state-of-the-art equipment.

Last night, my mother and I had an experience at Abrazo Hospital ER that we will never forget, and I felt compelled to share just how amazing the care was. From the moment we arrived, the team’s professionalism and compassion were evident, but two individuals truly stood out: PA Nicole and Lead Nurse Eric.

Nicole’s bedside manner was nothing short of extraordinary. She explained every step of the process in detail, ensured that my mother was comfortable and informed, and treated her with the utmost respect and kindness. Her expertise was evident, but it was her empathy and genuine care that made all the difference.

Eric, the Lead Nurse, was equally phenomenal. He went above and beyond to ensure not only my mother’s comfort but also mine during what could have been an incredibly stressful night. He was attentive, quick to respond to any concerns, and brought a sense of calm to the room. His leadership and dedication to patient care were truly inspiring.

Together, they worked seamlessly to provide my mother with the best possible care, and they did so with warmth and compassion that made us feel like more than just “another case.” It’s rare to encounter healthcare professionals who go out of their way to care for both the patient and their family, but Nicole and Eric did just that.

We are deeply grateful for the incredible care we received and want to express our heartfelt thanks to Nicole, Eric, and the entire Abrazo Hospital ER team. You are the epitome of what healthcare should be, and we are forever grateful for your kindness and professionalism.

Worst emergency room ever, went in with muscle weakness, unable to ambulate without assistance. Was left in the room no call light, yelled for help for 10 mins. No one came, I tried to sit up and fell out the bed and yelled for another 10 mins before someone came. Then the staff acted surprised as if I didn’t already tell them about my symptoms. I got discharged with COVID and had to proceed to ask for help in the wheelchair chair, they put me in the room with my son. My son finally got discharged and they left us in the room as if I was able to wheel myself out. I was forced to use the wheelchair to hold myself up and no one attempted to assist me out of the emergency department. I will NEVER go here again.
