Web site and phone recording says open today Tuesday February 11th 2025. Went by at 11am and both entrance and exit were blocked off and no vehicles there

It's nice shopping here. The staff is exceptionally nice, friendly and helpful even when they're busy. I had a great experience today. And their prices are very good too. I've worked at 2 thrift stores for years and in my experience, they're doing it right.

Super disappointed in your worker. I don’t know her name but she is short with long braids and super hyper. She is one of the rudest people I have encountered. I took 2 grocery bags today and was in the drop off lane behind your truck. When I was walking up to the drop off table, she yelled, very snotty, “I’M NOT TAKING ANY MORE DONATIONS IM AT MY MAXIMUM COMPACITY!” I said okay and put the bags back in my car. One of the workers was standing in the truck and I was asking him a question about the other days I could drop off and this rude lady yelled at him to “GET THAT TRUCK EMPTY!” I said to her “I’m asking him a question right now and I happen to be the customer.” She proceeded to yell at him and myself, then went behind my car and took a picture of my license plate, lol! I told her I will not be donating to them any more (I donate a lot of items there and buy things for the animals to help support them) and she said “GOOD DON’T!” I couldn’t even believe how she was not only treating me but also the employee. I sat in my car to catch my breath and put my anger aside. Decided to get out and ask her if I could speak to her for a moment. While she was running around like she was on speed, she said “ABSOLUTELY NOT!” This women seriously has some issues. It’s not the first time she’s been rude either but I have never said a word about it. Your company needs to do something about this person. She might be a hard worker but she sure doesn’t know how to treat people. I’m sorry I will not be donating any longer.

It’s only 3 stars because I found some cute items. But the cashier is so rude and had a very bad attitude!! I don’t even own a dog. I’m just a thrifter. But nasty personalities there!! Also it’s not wise to be unloading your donations from the trailer right in front where the customers are walking in and out from! Not safe and just ok to be walking thru a loading dock door to shop

I adopted my fur baby at the humane society about a year ago. Nika helped me pick out the perfect pup for me! She was so helpful & you could tell she really cares about these dogs finding their forever home!!! I decided to support the humane society by donating to their thrift store. When I arrived Nika was working there. Of course I updated her on my baby & thanked her again! I decided to take a look around as I had never been there before. It's a nice clean store. Unfortunately the manager was rude, but all the other employees were great! I docked a star for the manager, she should take some lessons from her employees honestly!

I’ve always had good experiences here. They love my dog so much and this one lady I see a lot that always recognizes me and my dog. Really good stuff here especially baking
