I have lived at The Barton for a little over 2 months. I must say that Ronald went above and beyond to make my experience of moving from across three states much much smoother than I could have imagined. I must have called 20 apartments in my search for just the right place. I was unsure of my move-in dates, as I was working on my details. Ronald worked with me and proved to be trustworthy. I rented my apartment site unseen, other than on my devices, and I was not disappointed! My neighbors are quiet and hospitable enough 🙂
The property is very nice, the hot tub was great after the 1234+ mile drive here. And a nice little swim after being on the road worked wonders. Caesar, the assistant manager, had my lease for me when I arrived around 10:15 AM. Ronald informed me of the requirements to get my keys when I got here and I followed through with everything and it could not have gone any smoother!! I must say, this is the best rental experience I've ever had and tbh, Ronald is what made things go so well! He's a keeper!

The Barton Management is great! Ron, Manager, is very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, helpful, and sincerely concerned for the residents. He always has either a smile for you or time to speak to and help you no matter the circumstances. When speaking with you, he makes you feel comfortable and never rushed. He genuinely shows concern for the problem/issue that you have and always manages to find a solution. Nothing is too big or small for him to handle. Anything you need is taken care of in a timely manner. Cesar, Assistant Manager, is very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, helpful, and concerned for residents as well. When you walk into the office he greets you with a smile and asks how he can help. This makes you feel comfortable right away and you know he’s interested in helping. He listens and then quickly goes to work fixing what you need. Ron and Cesar both work excellent together as a management “team”! You can definitely depend on both of them no matter what! After sharing your concerns with them, your worries are completely over. Maintenance was a little slow in the beginning, but now is stronger by the day.

I have lived at this complex for 3 years now. From the time I stepped inside, it felt like home. It's a bonus to have assigned covered parking. I walk my dog late at night, and I've never had any issues. I feel very safe here.
The whole team, from the office management to the maintenance workers are superb! Any time I have a request for maintenance, it gets taken care of right away.
The manager, Ron always has a smile on his face and never rushes me out the door. He makes himself available to get hold of through phone or email. He's very diligent and hard working. He treats everyone that way. He's a great manager who really cares about his residents.

Assistant manager, Ceasar is a team player and very friendly. He's Ron's right hand man. They work well together, to take good care of this complex.
This is a beautiful apartment complex, which is close to many stores, gyms, banks, church's and gas stations.
You can't go wrong living here. You will call it home, just like me!

I toured the property, was absolutely fantastic! The office staff were friendly and very welcoming, and immediately made me feel at home. It is really nice, and I will be renting with them asap!

This complex has put seniors, especially ladies, out on the street with no place to go! They put everyone on month to month leases so they could get rid of the seniors. Look at the sign out front about seniors.
Maintenance is terrible. These are old apartments with mold in the hot water heater areas and inside the apartments. It had 5 different managers in 2023 alone. I’d live with my child before I’d live here.

My family and I recently moved into quail run and it has been a wonderful experience so far. Cesar in the front office helped us get in super quickly and worked with us on everything to make it happen on terms that worked best for our situation. He was understanding and very kind and we couldn’t be more thankful. Ron the manager was also great and if I could give these apartments a 10 stars I would. It’s a Very clean & quiet community. 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a new home❤️

I love my apartment and have been here just 13 short months. It is the most quiet apt. complex I've ever lived in. The staff especially RON is super nice and easy to work with. His Customer Service skills are excellent. Maintenance guys are skilled and courteous.
