Wonderful merchandise... HORRIBLE customer service!
Online returns was down. I was instructed to return my item at the brick & mortar store. The System at the store was down, sales person refused to offer any solutions other than "drive back another day"!. Employee was aware one way commute was over an hour away. Horrible customer service! She was condensing, rude, disrespectful and didn't offered solutions. This is the second issue with Sundance and we will NEVER purchase anything from them again.

Went here with my sister in law and brother in law and was very impressed. Great merchandising, great product selection, and wonderful customer service. I have worked retail and was very impressed in contrast with many of the surrounding stores. Well done.

Nice women's clothing shop with up to date fashions. Good outdoor clothing lines as well. Latest trends in fashion and footwear are also available. I would recommend this shop for any age woman that wants the latest in trendy fashion.

I have loved Sundance Catalogue for years
This was my first time in one of their retail sites. The staff never greeted us, never asked us if we needed assistance. This shopping center is in an affluent area. But I'm not destitute, nor do I look that way. And while I'm not a teeny, tiny size, I have purchased clothing from them quite a bit online. Very disappointed the vibe the staff were giving when it's supposed to be such a cool life-style kind of brand. Went to JJill around the corner and they were super kind and I had several ladies asking if we needed help.

I had the best shopping experience here! The staff was SO helpful and extremely welcoming. I am not good at shopping for myself, and the staff here all helped me pick out so many different outfits, and found me a completely new wardrobe! I really appreciate all of the time they gave me. I will definitely be coming back to this Sundance!

Order shipping is a joke here! Ordered a piece of jewlery and used standard shipping assuming 7 days would be sufficent for them to get the item from Arizona to California in 7 days! Two days after the order was placed, the tracking URL shows the item not moved an inch! BTW, the tracking number on the Sundance Catalog website is NOT clickable!

When I contacted Customer Service, the rep claimed that's how std shipping works and did not offer any help. Contrast to Amazon where we would have option to cancel the order, or the shipping costs waived!

Sundance Catalog makes Amazon look good.

For years living in New York, I always purchased from the Sundance Catalog. Now, that I am living here in Scottsdale, and also made many trips here before my move, I must say that this store in Kierland Commons is my absolute favorite. Always a great selection of merchandise, but what makes it even more special is the staff who works here. They truly make you feel like you are part of their family!
