Coming into a new town requires that you establish new relationships with everyone from your doctors to your jewelers and James was a rare find! Kindness is a commodity that is in short supply on most days, so thank you James. He cleaned my wedding ring at no charge and we became fast friends. I highly recommend Payson Jewelry and Coin.

Thanks James always being so knowledgeable, honest and helpful. I come in with the strangest questions about antique items I find and he's always so patient. Oh and don't forget watch batteries and the occasional impulse jewelery buy. Q wonderful store and blessing in the community! 10/10 recommend

This was the best customer service experience I have ever experienced. I called originally around Christmas time to have my wife's wedding ring repaired. I was told it would be a minimum of 5days turn around. I was coming in from Oregon. I dropped the ring off and let them know it was a surprise for my wife for Christmas and that they would need to mail the ring back to Oregon when it was done. They took it upon themselves to make a few calls and had the ring repaired within 24hrs at an amazing price and the outcome was better than I ever expected!!! I was totally fine with the 5 day turn around but was able to give the ring to my wife on Christmas day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the people at Payson Jewelry & Coin and the jeweler that cared enough to make this happen!!!
