As soon as you walk in the door, there are plenty of people asking you how they can help. They were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I would say the customer service is really good at this location. I have not had amazing experiences at some of the other locations, but this particular one really knows how to deliver excellent customer service. This store has an abundant inventory of everything except for extra-long tights. A lot of men are tall and need the extra-long business ties. The only had about 20 of them, and they weren’t of great quality.

Amazing service. We need to have a quick remeasurement for our wedding after a long time delay. The store have a huge option for casual Friday to 3 pieces suit. Anyone that need to rent a suit need to check this place out.

Reagan got me fitted and tailored in less than 48 hours for a last minute wedding invite! She worked miracles and got me a suit that I love and was very pleasant in doing so!

To be avoided at any cost. I picked up my suit for my wedding. The shirt did not fit. The pants did not fit. The jacket was wrinkled and absolutely filthy.

They were able to find a new shirt. They were not able to find a pair of pants so they sent me home to get married in a pair of “try on” pants that fit, for the most part, but had no belt loops so with no belt, so my shirt was constantly untucked, and it was untucked during the ceremony. I’m humiliated by the disheveled look in my pictures. I paid about 250 for the rental. For my groomsmen I bought 60 dollar suits on Amazon and they looked far better than mine. The jacket was so filthy, I didn’t even wear it for the ceremony. All in all, they did an atrocious job and should be embarrassed by the fact that they didn’t even look at what they were handing off to me.

So rent from them, and you’re gonna regret the way you look. I guarantee it.

In shopping at Men’s Warehouse a few times for different weddings, including my own, I have learned to not expect much when it comes to customer service. This location has by far the worst customer service I have experienced at any Men’s Warehouse. Upon requesting help identifying a specific suit pant I was pointed in a general direction of where the pants were located. I politely asked the employee if he could walk me over to the pants to ensure I got the correct pants I was looking for. The employee told me “I can’t, I am helping another customer.” No effort was made to direct me to another employee who could assist but he didn’t just stop there. He proceeded to mock me by telling me he believed in me and trusted that I could find the pants on my own. Terrible customer service.
