Goodwill is nothing but a racket. They don't have to buy the merchandise, can sell it in bad condition, don't have to pay those who made the product, shipping, etc. The items, no matter what they are, should be sold dirt cheap. They now announce you can donate a dollar at checkout to go toward their cause... I thought the money they made bank on, a teenie tiny percentage of that would go to their causes? Is that no longer a thing? Probably never was a thing.

Also, do better at pricing your merchandise. Just because it has tags, doesn't mean that outfit should cost $18 for a 5 year old to wear. It should be less than $10. Some items should be marked wayyyyy down seeing Goodwill is charging almost full price for a "used" item.

Nobody mentioned I'd be charged $.10 for using a plastic bag. I saw that when I went to run my card and asked about it.

And BRING BACK THE DRESSING ROOMS!!!

Be sure to count your items before you leave. I was charged twice for an item and didn’t realize until I got home. When I brought it to the attention of the manager, even though the receipt had the exact same sku the manager didn’t believe me. She left me waiting for 10 minutes while she check video surveillance, and said it was unclear! All this for a donated item that they tagged as $5.29. As a customer this was poor service and distrust. They chose $5.29 over a customer who would spend 20x that over the course of a year! It will be a long time before I come back to Goodwill.

After cleaning out our kids rooms, we had realized we may have accidentally donated some very special stuffed animals that were supposed to be a keepsake. After contacting the store speaking with McKayla several times she stated she would call us with any information and if they were able to find them or not, we never received a call from her and had made additional calls ourselves to contact the store. When we had called back to speak with her or ask about our items that may have been donated she was very rude and acted inconvenienced. This is very upsetting when something special has been lost. I would not recommend this store.

The clothing and shoe prices here are ridiculous. I looked at kids shoes, put them down and went to a shoe store. There I spent $5.00 more for NEW shoes not used ones. Goodwill will not receive my donations or business any longer.
