I am writing this review because we have had one of the best experiences ever with Factory Select.
It started back in April of 2024 when my husband and i bought some property in AZ. We desperatly wanted a homesteading lifestyle and were looking to have more than a shed or barn to put on our property. We tried many manufactured home companies but they didnt seem to be listening and then we found Ken at Factory Select and we knew right then and there we found the place that listened with heart and soul.
Ken worked with us over the phone as we were in another State .
Fast forward to July when we finally decided to move to our property for good. The relationship we had built over the phone was strengthened even more in person.
As expected we were stressed, newly retired and in a new state unaware of the process we were undergoing, Ken helped ease every question and concern we had, and we had a lot. His calm demeanor helped us make decisions and choices that turned into our now beautiful home.
I have and will continue to recommend him and his outstanding customer service to our friends in our new community.
We love our new Cavco home, its quality, ease of purchase and beauty has us reeling with joy.

From start to finish Kenneth was with us every step of the way. I Had a million and one questions and he answered everyone of them in a timely manner. Lorna was great with the delivery process. Matthew Train was so helpful answering all of my questions and I honestly would have purchased my home from your company. I just didn't have time to wait for a home to be built. When I came in I wasn't sure about a mobile home. The first person I met was Bill and he quickly put my mind at ease with the quality of your product. Bill was friendly, knowledgeable never put any pressure on us to make a purchase. Bill made us aware of the many Floorplans and options available to us. My wife and I left very impressed with your products and staff. Bill made it all very easy and we will be back!

Went in to browse home and was NOT disappointed! I walked into Factory select homes looking to buy a house and the service I received was very great and and very welcoming, Lucy, Matt, Jennifer, Bill, we're very polite and very helpful. Lucy came out and said welcome to factory select homes how may I be of service to you I had told her I was interested in buying a house and Lucy had gave me a tour of the the home on the lot and answered all of my questions. Lucy was very polite very knowledgeable and very professional. If you're looking to purchase any homes Factory select homes is what I highly recommend.
