We recently purchased our new patio furniture for our back yard from Patty O Furniture in Gilbert, AZ. We couldn't be happier. Keith Allred, Store Manager, was very professional and kept us updated on our delivery. The delivery by John and Josh was done smoothly. Great quality furniture to last many years. Never thought it would be fun purchasing furniture for 2 patios.
That is until I met Tammy T at PaddyO’s!
She knowledgeably & professionally walked us through showroom pointing out options after getting to know our tastes & needs.
An easy relaxed, no pressure process followed our walk.
All 13 pieces came in the exact time frame quoted & delivery with complete set up a breeze earlier today.
We couldn’t be happier with the product, the process, timely communication & Tammy’s follow up call a moment ago to check that all went well.
Plan on returning after New Years to purchase a few more pieces with Tammy’s help of course.

We can't say enough about the service we received from Paddy O' Furniture. We must have made 5 to 6 visits before we decided on a grouping for our new outdoor patio. Even when we left with no purchase the help we received fron Duane was impeccable. We finally decided on our new Furniture and couldn't be happier with the quality and looks. We didn't actually buy anything from Paddy O's (yet) but Keith has made an impression on us. We originally went in there to see if they had any Egg chairs, which unfortunately they didn't have. BUT him and his coworkers were so sweet to point us to a different store that they recall seeing them at. Keith also demonstrated their furniture's durability to the seasons, which really resonated with my husband and I. We left but we will definitely be back once we redo our patio. Within a year for sure!! Absolutely flawless customer service.

We have been looking to replace our 13 year old front patio chairs for a while but were looking for a specific look, feel, durability to be able to handle the AZ elements and of course a fair price. Duane did a great job of not just selling us outdoor furniture but listened to our wants and needs showing us all of our options going over the features and benefits and was patient during the whole experience.
