My boyfriend and I have been to the outlet a couple times but never purchased anything. However we went to the Anthropologie clothing outlet in Mesa and the first thing we saw was the fern arch cabinet that retails for $700 listed at $150 with no damage. Score. So we decided to go to this home outlet the next day to see if they had more. To my surprised they had a few so we grabbed two more fern arched cabinets. The large one for $250 which normally retails for $700 and the small one that normally retails for $400 listed at $220. Ive had these cabinets on my wishlist for years but i refuse to pay full retail. We ended up scoring all three cabinets for $ 560 which would have been around $2k with tax and shipping.

I recently visited both the Arizona and Pittsburgh Anthropologie outlets. The Arizona outlet was exceptionally well-organized with a fantastic layout. The furniture, including sofas and shelves, as well as the lighting, was in great shape and appeared quite new. The associates were super helpful and kind. I loved shopping there, but unfortunately, I live in Virginia.

In contrast, the Pittsburgh outlet wasn't as impressive. The staff seemed disorganized, and the store itself was not well-maintained.

Despite these differences, I appreciate the help I received both in-store and on Instagram. Thank you all for your great work!

It's a warehouse of anthro items that aren't usually sold in stores. Think rugs. Furniture pieces and even home decor, such as fixtures for drawers and cute hand towels.

The odd part is. My mom and I went into this store and walked out with a couple candles and other items at 50% off. We then went to chandler mall into their anthro store and we saw the same items there for no clearance price at all!!

Definitely come here if you're noticing out of season items before their mall stores. The staff is always kind and give you space as well.

I'm so happy to have an Anthropologie Home Outlet here in Arizona! The great selection of rugs and light fixtures alone makes it amazing! Has great options for one of a kind statement pieces for your home. I recently bought a top rated bed for half the price than what it is currently runs for on their website. They made sure I had the opportunity to check for damage before purchasing. I asked that They package it very well for delivery. They partner with a delivery company called lugg- that is basically an uber for furniture delivery and I made sure to leave instructions for careful packaging. The base fee is $75 and then they charge per mile. They did great and took it upstairs straight to the bedroom. I'm very happy!

Anthropologie has no business hiring people who are as helpful and friendly as those I met today. They greeted me with smiles and were happy to answer my questions.

The store was stocked with all kinds of amazing items. The merchandise looked brand new, and all of the displays were clean and organized. The prices were easy to find.

They seem to be running a bait-and-switch scheme. I recently invested $1,000 on a coffee table that arrived to my home damaged. This damage was not there when I bought this in store. They are saying nothing we can do citing a strict no returns’ policy. Anthropology had multiple damaged tables, and I specifically chose an undamaged one. I was even on a waitlist where I received a call about one coming in that’s in good condition. Then they pull this and offer zero help.
To add insult to injury, during the purchase, they rang up the table twice, resulting in a total of over $2,000. After asking about the higher amount, they apologized, said it was a mistake, and took off the extra charge.
I will be disputing the charge and feel it is important to share my experience as a warning to others. We are doing a full remodel and had a few purchases planned. Sadly after an experience like this we will never shop here again.

I just received my order from the Anthropologie outlet in Arizona. I cannot say enough about the exceptional level of customer care provided by Nancy. She reached out personally to tell me about new shipments and took care of my ordering process from start to finish, including personally checking the items to make sure they were as described and even referring me to an excellent delivery service to safely convey my furniture from the outlet to where I live in CA. I had read some reviews online about products arriving damaged, so I was very nervous about that, but this has been one of the best customer service experiences ever. Thank you, Nancy!

Yesterday I visited this outlet for the first time. I have visited the now closed Final Cut in Martinez, GA. I was delighted with the Arizona outlet because the customer service was excellent, I found what I was looking for (lighting) and there's finally an Anthropologie outlet near me, yay!! The store was neat, clean and items were easy to locate. Some of the items were pricey and some were reasonable. However, the store just opened and there will be sales soon. I look forward to returning soon for more finds.
