I got my nose pierced there and for one they are over priced because the nose ring they give you doesn’t even stay in and it falls out all the time and it got infected!! I paid $90 to get the piercing and I will not recommend Clair’s for piercings at all a tattoo parlor is much cheaper and they give you better jewelry that will stay in

Google maps doesn't take you to the correct location exactly. This place is located at the other end of the sidewalk instead of it's pinned location.

But far as review for Claire's. Great knowledgeable friendly customer service! We called ahead asking about a certain squishmallow, which they did happen to have! Love that we didn't have to make an unnecessary stop if they didn't have what we wanted. Thanks to the staff member, we got what we wanted along with great customer service. Couldn't ask for more!

As always amazing customer service at this location. Tiffany is so amazing and remembers exactly what we are looking for as we shop here for our school. She even knows in her backstock what we would love and pulls out items we inevitably buy. Always leave with such amazing deals, goodies, and lots of bags.

I went here this morning with my little sister and the woman working was unbelievably rude. I asked her a question at the register and she wouldn't even look at me, never asked what we were looking for and barely acknowledged us. If it wouldn't have devastated my sister I would have walked out without buying what we did...that could have been bought for much cheaper across the street at Walmart!!! They just opened so it's not like she had a long hard day or something. Don't shop here!!!

Hard to give any higher than 1 star when they're not open during business hours. We showed up at 10:15 am, and no one was anywhere to be found. The Mall security people shrugged and moved on. We shopped around for awhile in other stores, and went back still no sign of any one. So we left.
