After losing 65#, and owning my own boutique for many years, I wanted nice clothing for and desperately needed a new wardrobe. I found several items from tops, skirts and bottoms. Staff was helpful and especially with suggestions.

I was there yesterday. The entire staff was extremely helpful. They each introduced themselves to me and gave me honest opinions. I have shopped Ann Taylor for years. The comments about fit and body type are true. This is not a brand for everyone. But if it works for you, Anthem is the hands down best AT store there is to pick up great deals and have a truly great retail therapy experience.

Note to AT corp...3 things... please make more v-neck styles. Not all of us want to wear necklines from the 50s. Second, work on making the brand more inclusive from a size perspective. Third, great colors this year, both at the factory and regular retail level.

Love this store and the staff here. Katie was so helpful and sweet. She made sure to open up a dressing room for me and brought all the items I wanted to try into the room for me. Other staff were also very kind while helping us check out at the cash wrap. Thank you all!

The women there were a bit pretentious, but I shopped anyway. It's kind of hit or miss, it depends on your style. Sometimes I go in there & I find the simplest style , quality t- shirts & tank tops. There are however, times all I can see are chaotic, horrid prints that never even made it to a 1970's couch pattern!
If you are a woman looking for an outfit to wear to a job interview, perhaps a bridal shower or a wedding or a meeting with new in-laws etc this is an excellent store to check into.
The women most of them, are always happy to help anybody find anything they need. They're sizing however is absolutely and taylor. Everything runs quite small. If you are a petite woman this is a fantastic place for you.
If you are not a petite woman, or simply have a larger than size 12 body.. there's other stores that will have a better variety of styles & sizes. The store also has an excellent selection of accessories from earrings danglies to studs as well as wrist watches bracelets necklaces matching sets, shoes hosiery socks boots jackets scarves mittens and leggings!
It's worth checking out if you have the time, but if you're in a pinch and short on time I recommend making sure you know that store well enough before you find yourself in a panic without the right size.
Yes there are great deals to be had here.

Sloppy signage and similar customer service—if you have signs everywhere stating x% off lowest price; yet, do not explicitly state clearance is exempt—it leaves plenty of opportunities for misunderstandings. Good customer service recognizes the issue and proceeds accordingly—honoring the price to the patron and changing their signage for future transactions. Instead I left with a snarky “have a lovey day”. Unfortunately, methinks this store will fall victim to the already dying shops at this mall. I won’t be back.
