Boats to the left and right of me with children under 10 years of age. None wearing life vest yet I get a situation. I am told zero tolerance as I look around me and shake my head. Then it became clear to me that the officer knew I was a tourist and renting the boat I was on. Guess I was an easy target.

I live in lake Havasu city and recently found out that our freedom of a court is not working for us. We have had our rights taken from us in this court by wrong directions. 8 people who showed up in court were told to sit outside the court room and would be called in when they called our name. This never happened and we were fined for not showing up in court. Wrong information about the courts procedure to be in the court room and not out side we Where railroaded by the court.

Mark Marnati is the magistrate that oversees the small claims court he has no experience other than being a San Bernardino county sheriff. My experience with him was that he used a good old boy mentality to make his judgement which is not fair to anybody.

Mojave County is corrupt. The police agencies in Mohave County are corrupt. And when Mohave County needs another agency to cover for them they have one in Yavapai County. Corruption is the order of the day.
