I've lived at Aspenwood for about 6 years now - we've recently bought a new home but I cannot express my gratitude for Aspenwood enough. This place offered a safe stepping stone for us. Mel at the office is really amazing and kind - she's newer but she's definitely a valuable employee there and I wish her all the best. If you're looking to move here, you wont be disappointed. The office people and security are great, the events they have for the kids are so fun. The homes are really great. Its a wonderful community.

😃I am so grateful for Mel. Ever since she began working in the office I have seen nothing but the best from her. Thank you for ensuring that residents are following the rules especially when it affects other residents like swimming in the pool in regular clothes or the parking. Barely being able to drive down the street because people have six cars is beyond annoying when in reality if the number of persons per room are being followed there is no way there would be that many cars. Also thank you for cracking down on people living here that are not supposed to be here. I have lived here for almost 7 years and I have seen the most positive change in the environment here since Mel took over up front. Thanks again Mel for being here and making this the best community for myself and my children.

I only come here for the Community Patio Sale, we live in a gated community in a 2 story 3000 home, but have been thinking about selling and getting something smaller.
After reading ALL the comments here, I can say that this is definitely not the place we would even be considering. Management seems to be a common issue. No thanks.
All the resources are the same from them.... Sad, just sad.

Just moved in a couple months ago but so far everything is good. The neighbors are all nice and helpful and the staff was also very good. They just sold the property so hopefully nothing will change. The lot rents are low especially for a all ages park. They are also pet friendly. So far a great place to live.
