Llevo ya tiempos de ir a esta tienda y e encontrado Buena ropa de marca porq so lo hay lo que tengo q decir en desaacuerdo El con El mal servicio , Los empleados no tienen nada de cortesia para tratar ala gente.

Tube dos malas experiencias:

1era. Compre ese dia vastante ropa gaste casi 200 dolares y dos dias despues me di cuenta en El recibo que algunas prendas estavan repetidas , la persona que me cobro me cobro Al doble cuatro piezas , bueno no regrese porq ya havia lavado la ropa y ya mo tenia la etiquetas.

2do. Esta vez havia comprado par de sandalias y demas prendas de vestir y por erros see me quedo una sandalia regrese por la otra y no me la quisieron dar la otra y apesar q la misma persona q me atendio dijo que no havia pagado por eso ya si queria la otra de regress tenia que pagar . Bueno Al final Les deje la que tenia ya see quedaran con Ella, hasta una falda que no me queso y ya la havia pagado. " Me trataron de decir q me havia robado Las sandalias , y porfavor ropa barata y de segunda mano !!

Si mejoraran El sirvicio seria mejor talves asi regresso!!

This was my first time in this store.
I was very impressed about how clean it was and organized. It is a smaller thrift store. However, I feel like the selection is still great.
They do carry namebrand things. I scored a pair of crocs for myself for five dollars great condition. The reason for the four stars is they do not cater to plus size. So I was not able to find any clothing for myself. However, I did not let that stop me from browsing the store. I think I would definitely come back. Their child selection is great!

360 Thrift may not have the number of donations as the "over priced very well known thrift store" but their items are reasonably priced even without the weekly specials they offer. I donate and shop here often. I just hope they get more donations. I drive by at least 4 of the other places to buy and donate here when I am out doing errands.

Went in for the first time with my fiancé, sister and niece over the weekend and had one of the most strange experiences I've had in a store. My fiancé had a pair of pants that weren't tagged with a price and the manager took them and said that we couldn't purchase because she didn't know the price. I said "can we find pants like these and go based on that price"? She said "no". We then asked if "she'd hold them for us so we can come back and purchase after they were priced" and she said no again. My fiancé then (very jokingly) said can I put them on and walk out? The manager then said in an extremely rude way " oh, we can definitely go that route, we'll have the cops here in minutes". Our group thought she was kidding because we were having a conversation with her during the ringing up of our items (including how long she's been in the new location and wishing her luck). We all just stared at each other completely dumbfounded like we were being pranked. I said, "she was obviously joking". The manager then grabbed the rest of the items off the counter and told us to leave immediately and never come back. We asked her her name and she said she didn't have to give us her name. She's either family or a manager. I'm 36 and have never in my life been kicked out/banned from anywhere and nobody in my group has been either. We left shocked. This lady should be nowhere near customers. The store and the selection is not worth putting up with this lady. She was training her niece at the time so I'm sure between the two of them their story will be different. Avoid this place because it's not worth it. We were all pretty upset at first but now it's a funny story about the time we got kicked out of the second hand store 😂
