After 3 days of calling, your system has hung up on me at least 10 times and I still don't have answers. Its ridiculous that you don't allow your call center staff to do outbound calls incase call is disconnected. The worst customer service ever! The worst part is its my hard earned money that pays your stupid salaries. I would give you 0 stars if I could.

Today, I called at 3:55pm (my time), 1:55pm (AZ time). I didn’t connect with a representative for upwards of 40 minutes (which is completely fine). Long story short, I called to inquire about owing for 2023 as opposed to 2022 (the year I moved). I did not owe 2022. So, I wanted a better understanding of why that might be and if it’s possible a mistake had been made, as I didn’t immediately update my address. My confusion was met with a complete lack of empathy. The representative spoke to me in an incredibly harsh tone and I feel there was no seeking to understand done on their part. I’ve never owed previously, this is my first time, and I had established I hadn’t called before. I couldn’t have known the information expressed. That was the purpose of the call to begin with... It didn’t make for the representative to be so aggressive. It would be decent to have been spoken to in a more kindly and considerate manner. Unfortunately, I’ll have to call back some other time.

So Incompetent people working here!
I've been told 10 different things to do, even after confirming with a supervisor, and it ended up my worst mistake to listen to such people.
Then they are holding you on the line for supposedly to check some things and when they are not sure what to do they just hung up on you after you waited over an hour to speak to them and an hour to discuss the issue that they tell you not to take any advise from them, then who to ask for advise?
Also the last person that hung up on me was Jennifer
I actually had to go in the office talked to people in person it seemed they will fix my issue, but to begin with they should just redirect everyone to go to the office as it seems the call center people have no idea what they are working

I am a senior waiting for my personal property tax refund. We can only file via paper forms which is at best pathetic. It has been 4 weeks and I still don't have my refund which I should have gotten a week ago like my neighbor, we sent our forms in at the same time.
I tried the find my refund, which of course does not work for seniors who don't file 1040s.
I have called multiple times after 2 on Thurs and Fri, today, and after the automated system tells me to stay on the line it always hangs up on me.
The personal property tax refund should be one of the simplest most straight forward forms to process and I have been filing the same for several years now.
If I have to wait the 8 weeks according to the info on the site I will be stuck trying to prove that I mailed my forms back in Feb with only a week before the filing deadline and a sucky stupid system that offers no help and only hangs up on people.

This place is a joke! I tried to call them 6 separate times to discuss getting the TPT license for my moms estate renewed or transferred over. All 6 times I spent over 2 hours on hold, only for them to hang up on me before anyone actually answered the phone. They say don't walk in, set an appt. But you cant get anyone on the phone to set an appt. on another area of the website they say just walk in no appt necessary then in a different area of the same website they again tell you to set an appt 1st because they wont accept walk-ins. I ended up spending hours trying to figure out what exactly was needed filled out a new TPT license application for the trust and was told by the website I would hear back within 24 hours. It took 3 weeks to receive anything back from them and I got the new license number in the mail. Which was 9 days ago. I already got a phone call from them though about a late payment on that new license that I got back last week though. Its amazing how quickly they move when they want money, but if you need help to get everything set up so you can actually pay them, you are on your own from my experience. I know government bureaucracy can be tough to navigate but damn guys pick up the phone! why even have a phone number if you are going to put people on hold for hours only to hang up on them? Why are we using tax dollars to pay the employees of the dept. of revenue when they aren't there to help when you need them? If I had an actual dept. to complain to I definitely would but all I get is a google review that someone else who gets screwed down the line will end up reading. I equate it to complaining about the DMV, you're going to get an employee who hates their job looking at you like your dumb because they cant do their job properly and there are glaring inefficiencies in the way things are done as a whole and it will go nowhere and nothing will be done about it. I see the few good reviews about certain agents on here and I'm sitting here like how the hell were you able to talk to anyone!? they just hang up on me literally every time I try to call to talk to someone to get this whole thing resolved.

To Respond to your Response, Thank You! I hate that I started this in October and leaving a bad review is the first time I've been able to speak with anyone there, but I guess whatever works... To be clear thought I did start this back in October well before tax season and literally every one of my 6 calls I was left on hold for over 2 hours and every time was disconnected except for the time I tried your callback service after 2.5 hours and then got a message the system wasn't active and was again disconnected. I already know I'm looking at a bunch of late fees since I finally decided to just try and move forward without any help after the due date for TPT taxes for 2023. A Couple of things that would help though. Get the call back system working. Let people know about the expected wait time when they initially call and Stop disconnecting calls after a certain time period or I dont even know what happened but 6 times over 4 months!! Also Im sorry to complain so much but I spent so much time trying to get this taken care of its not even funny, Not counting the 12 plus hours of hold time I had to spend hours and hours of time trying to educate myself and navigate the ifs ands or buts of the whole process and the worst part is I don't even know if it was done right. the waste of time cost me more than double what I owe you guys for taxes this past year which is crazy. I guess it sounds Like I need to take another day off work and just show up down there and hope for the best... Sincerely though thank you for responding I appreciate the effort and information. One last thing though how do I set up an appt if no one ever answers the phone? I definitely did not see an option online after spending hours and hours navigating that website and while it may be there and I missed it, I seriously doubt it after how thoroughly I've dissected that travesty of conflicting information and vague requirements....
