This is a great team!!! I live out of state and had to sell my parents' house, but first the contents needed to be taken care of. I was so overwhelmed (they both passed suddenly)since I didn't live near and couldn't be in Arizona for a long time, I had no clue how I was going to get it done. EJ and Melissa were great. They stepped right in to help me out. They cleaned everything out of cabinets, staged the house nicely and sold many things for me. All in about a week. This would have taken many months for me to do it. I was kept up to date on everything and if they had a question about something they would reach out. They made me so comfortable that I didn't hesitate to ask my million questions. They treated me and the situation with caring hearts. I would recommend this company to everyone!!!!!

My family used All Under the Sun Estates Sales for my parents house of 30 years. They helped reduce the stress of the process by sorting, cataloging and listing what needed to be sold. Even after the sale, not a trace was left and they had cleaned out literally everything. I could not be more impressed with the service provided and even helped my parents turn a profit with their belongings. Thank you for making this a stress free process for my parents and family! What a wonderful company! They did an estate sale for us recently. They did a wonderful job from beginning to end. The set up & pictures of available items for sale was done so nicely. They even took the items not sold & donated them. We received our proceeds from the sale within a few days. I highly recommend this company if you are ever in need of having an estate sale.

EJ and Melissa were fantastic to work with...I moved my 90 year old parents from their 3,000 square foot home to a 1,500 square foot apartment. They both were caring, understanding and professional at the same time. They completed a fantastic sale and cleaned up beautifully saving me the stress and hassle of trying to navigate the sale of a lifetime of possessions. Thanks again, EJ & Melissa!

I had a great experience with under the sun estate sales. From first contact with Melissa and then picking up the beautiful Seyfert Jars I purchased at there sale Saturday 8/28/21. I spoke to EJ to lick them up and had two gentlemen assist me with removing an item in the garage. EJ warmed my heart about his own life experience which I blessed to share with him. When it came time to sell my mom’s house, I needed to find someone to do an estate sale. Three companies wouldn’t do our sale because there wasn’t enough money for them to make on it. Then I reached out to All Under the Sun Estate Sales. Jennifer came to the house and looked at what was there to sell and immediately agreed to taking the job. She said her company doesn’t think the size of the sale is as important as the customers and families they help. I was so relieved to finally have someone to tackle the business of emptying mom’s house of the possessions she accumulated over the past 50 years. The business agreement was to conduct the sale for three days and then have all unsold items removed from the home. Jennifer staged the home beautifully and ran a smooth and professional estate sale as promised. When a glitch came up in getting the house emptied by the date originally agreed to, Jennifer quickly regrouped and implemented a “plan B” to meet the deadline as promised. Jennifer is great to work with. She is energetic, knowledgeable, professional and hard working. Jennifer and her colleagues can be counted on to get the job done they promise to do. Thanks Jen!
