We highly recommend Anderson Family Estates. We had the unfortunate circumstances of needing to find an estate sale company in the Surprise area. None of the family lived in AZ so we had to quickly deal with a lot of details. There are a lot of choices for estate sale companies in the area and we looked into a number of them. When my sisters met with Stephanie they could tell right away she was somebody they'd want to work with. She proved to be honest, trustworthy, kind, and a great communicator. She went above and beyond multiple times along the way. Sale went great and we had no issues.

Small item was pictured for estate sale but it was not there. Arrived first in line after driving 20 miles. Not very good business practice and will not patronize this company in the future.

We recently had Anderson Family Estate Sales (no relation) do the sale for my Dad's house. They were very honest and reliable. Excellent communication. Asked questions about certain items and were very thorough. Definitely got the small company family feel. I would highly recommend them!
