So I don't know what happened to my other review but last time I went they were a little bit better. I mean they have decent deals. I just wish the bartenders all of them knew a lot more about the strains. Besides that, you also need to get your phone number fixed. You've been open for a while now and you cannot call the store. It's a Google account which for such a big organization should not happen. I should be able to call just like I can call all the other places to ask some questions before I drive down. That's just a small thing. I'll still keep going back. It's in Maricopa. Hopefully the bartenders get better and more knowledgeable but the products are decent. The prices are decent. Just please get your phone number fixed

This place has the longest wait time in any dispenser I've been to in Arizona. Even if you make an online order they don't see you right away.
I place an online order yesterday at 6:00 p.m. and it was fulfilled the next morning. I go in and they still let three walk-ins call before me. On top of that one of the customers went to the restroom in the middle of the transaction. A place to go to if you run out but probably faster to pick something up before getting back to Maricopa.

Pros... Beautiful building, huge parking lot, friendly staff.
Cons 1 bud tender on duty while 3 customers waited on the customer taking way too long at the ATM.
FINALLY another bud tender comes in and takes a customer.
My name is called next, which is weird cause there's another guy in front of me. I point that out, he's over it, so I just go ahead. Lastly, the website says you take can pay but the bt said you don't.
For now, I'm better off getting it through the mail.

What a difference a week makes!

This is my third trip to Trulieve Maricopa. The first two did not go so well, being a new location and all. My first visit was a disaster-- open late, no inventory to speak of, high prices, stressed out staff. Fortunately, each subsequent trip was better than the one before. On my second trip, while Tanner did a great job of listening and getting me what I needed, it just wasn't a great experience and I didn't get the feeling the store cared if I came back, or not. Today's experience will definitely keep me coming back to this location, mostly because of April and Ian.

I was planning on making my usual weekly trip to Chandler for my week's medication, but this morning I changed my mind and decided to give this new location one more chance. I am glad I did. April and Ian made me feel that my business was appreciated. The whole 'vibe' of the store felt better. Everyone, customers and employees, seemed happy to be there.

I’m sure this place will be great. Once they learn to identify a pickup from a walk-in. Sat in line for 30 mins (3 people going in front of me). Was like “huh, odd” asked the lady at the front and she said “Oh I put you as a walk in”…. What’s the point of creating an account, scanning my Id, and placing a pickup order if y’all are just gonna ignore it Long story short I left without getting my pickup order. I’ll gladly drive to Sticky or Northern moving forward. Just not worth it here (oddly seems to be the theme for this town)

People are great the service is great but man those prices. 1/2 ounce prices are crazy high. I can go to Story and spend 40 on a half oz or go to the Mint and get it for 30. Id rather drive a little to more than to pay so much…. If they lower their prices Id go to them but i refuse to pay over $100 for it when i can get it so much cheaper with the same quality.

This place is awesome! I'm so happy that there is a local dispensary here in Maricopa. The staff is incredible and they create a very welcoming and chill atmosphere. It's really impressive how the staff is handling the crazy amount of people flooding to their newly opened location. Keep it up guys! Also, great job dealing with all of the impatient rude customers. Very professional.
