I was given a smokers apartment. The walls were yellow and everything was dirty. They hired outside cleaners which didn’t do their job. I notified the office and they just said we are sorry. I spent a lot of money to clean the apartment. I was given an apartment with no working garbage disposal. I’ve been waiting on something to get replaced since I’ve moved in. The price is not worth it.

The new manager Noemi has been so accommodating, professional and proficient!! The units are fully clean and furnished. I see her on the property directing staff as well as in the office handling paperwork. I do not know how she handles it all but I'm satisfied to have her as my property manager!!

Management here steals money orders from tenants and the property has multiple lawsuits taking place due to the fact that it is not a good place to live there’s also mutiple pitbulls that live here and sometimes they just run lose off there leash

These apartments are very overpriced for the quality of apartments, and there is no pool. The neighbors are not nice. Also, the office does weekly inspections. If you live on the 1st floor, you can't have anything on the patio, or they will threaten to kick you out. If you are looking for an apartment in Marana. I would suggest that you look elsewhere.
