Before I came in I read the reviews so I came to see for myself. No employee followed me around, I bought some shoes, and it was a very normal shopping experience. The place was clean, and employees, competent and friendly. Price range to expect 70 to 100 dollars.

This WSS shoe store is very nice and clean with a great selection of shoes and work boots. A worker Lilly was great help and assisted me in finding two perfect pairs. I got the Nike Manoa and Sketcher Tactical work boot. Very happy when I left this store. Thanks!!!

Don't like leaving bad reviews on new stores. But the way you approach and speak to someone is important. Definitely when it's someone who is the one who can bring the money to the table. Your hiring signs need to come down you can advertise for another location with out giving the correct address. Difference is I'm the one who. Came in black hoodie and I only drop in with bentlys not a dam suv

Gave them one star since i could not give them zero. This store is not a good store to come to. I came in to buy shoes and I felt so disrespected. I am a black male and felt like I was being watched. It went from one female to about three or four just standing there watching me. Did not even ask me if I needed help. they were just standing there watching me as I shopped for My stuff- and when I asked them about an item they acted like they had no clue what I was talking about I think they should get a class on customer service. How online does it say you have it. And they don't have it. Again bad customer service and I felt disrespected.

This was my first time shopping at this location. This is my first time seeing a location of this sort thought it was going to be a good experience But it soon became very uncomfortable to the point where I didn’t even want to purchase from this store as soon as we walked in my partner and I were very much patronized and watched. They also followed us throughout the whole store The lady in the front which had red hair and glasses Literally came from all the way from behind the counter where people get checked out , because she thought we were stealing When shoes were just being tried on . there were even a few times where I caught her staring at me. She would then run to her security footage to see what I was doing, or if I was stealing. along with the security guard with shoulder length hair, and a little bit on the heavier side the store Was literally following my partner from row to row was glued to his hip, and I do find that very unprofessional and again uncomfortable they were only watching us as If we were the only families in the store when there was 3 to 4 other families in there I don’t like the feeling of being racially profiled or just because I have darker skin means I’m going into your establishment and becoming a thief We were in there just like everyone else just trying to make a purchase and those two employees made it a horrible experience at that uncomfortable. you do need to teach your employees how to handle situations of that sort professionally .

Great place to shop at i recommend. They are also much closer than the other locations, but overall, great place. All they need is great security because there have been a couple of time i have seen people walk out with merchandise.
