Austin and Kyle were wonderful and also have a good eye for design and hanging pictures. Recently purchased home in Laughlin NV, I needed an assortment of furniture pieces and didn’t know where to shop. I am the type that likes quality but not quality prices. We were referred to Michael Alan Furniture & Design by a competitor and so happy we were. Walked into their main store and was pleasantly greeted by Rosalyn Hayes, she was very knowledgeable about the pieces they had on display and was very patient with me. I did not see anything that jumped out to me there, that’s when Rosalyn offered to show us their Outlet location. When we arrived at their Outlet location, it was as beautiful as the main store, I was able to find some pieces I needed at an affordable price. Will definitely be going there again for any future purchases. Thank you Rosalyn.

Bought my furniture from the outlet center. Autumn was my salesperson and she was marvelous!! Patient, informative and a pleasure to work with. Justin and Kyle did my first delivery and they were awesome. Very helpful and went above and beyond to place everything and help us out. Kyle and Austin delivered my 2nd set of furniture and again went above and beyond for me!!! The entire staff at Michael Alan was amazing and super helpful and friendly. Ty Michael Alan! You have a customer for life!

We order $5100 worth of furniture 12 Nov 24. Nice furniture at a decent price. Here is the rub! I paid $300 to have the furniture delivered 23 Nov 24. No furniture on that date. Called and they said they didn't have the bedroom set in stock. We said delivery what you have. Longer story short, we did get some of our furniture 25 Nov 24 after discussing canceling our order. Still missing two MB night stands and missing bolt on another bed. It's 6 Dec 24, and still no night stands. 2 stars only because the furniture we picked out is nice.

This was going to be the first stop to start the process of furnishing an entire house and it ended up being the only stop. We were greeted by Lisa when we walked in and she told us to look around and let her know if we needed anything and then she left us alone to do our thing. Right off the bat we thought that was so nice because normally we get stalked the entire time. After awhile we asked Lisa to help us and that was that. We picked out everything we needed. She was AMAZING!!!! She had great ideas and she went over and beyond for us. Made the whole experience so easy and we are very happy with what we picked!

They are the best! I wanted some very unique sculptures to complete my great room, and Rosalyn worked feverishly to track them down and get them to me and have them delivered the very next day after she received them. Michael Allen’s service will not disappoint you!
