If I could give a zero star review; I would. This place is ran by an Indian family that is absolutely rude and will scam you. I stayed with my dog and they said I needed to pay a $150 deposit for him; which I had no problem with. I stayed in the room which the blankets were stained and I was so sketched out that I didn’t even sleep under the blankets or touch ANYTHING in the room. I felt like bugs were crawling over me all night. It’s been over 2 weeks and I am yet to get my deposit back. I have contacted them many times and they keep saying they had refunded me and lie about what day they sent the money back and said they sent an email. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and will continue to let the public know to NEVER STAY HERE. I have also contacted the Mojave county health department. This place needs to be shut down.

UPDATE: I felt like there were bed bugs on my bed and after reading the review directly below mine I am SURE there was. DO NOT STAY HERE. I also am now reading the other reviews of others being scammed by these people for their “deposits”. Absolute trash of an establishment and people.

This hotel has BED BUGS and the front desk woman is not friendly. We requested a refund which she refused and wouldn’t even give us a different room. We ended up sleeping in the car and not using the room. It was an awful and completely unacceptable experience. We showed her pictures/videos and evidence of the infestation. This was December 14th, 2024. We talked to the woman at 11 PM where she continued to just say “no refunds” and “we never have bed bugs”. She was completely unprofessional and would not give us the health and safety number. It was stressful and we’re forced to sleep outside in our car due to lack of proper accommodations. We politely requested a refund or some sort of compensation for the inconvenience. She then told us we need to leave or else she will call the police. We are going to report the incident to the local health department and file a complaint on the Better Business Bureau and the travel review site. Do not waste your money here and don’t bother booking no matter how cheap. They are completely negligent and manipulative.

arrived late - used booking and saved ~$40 off the walk up rate... rooms are ok - bed was a little soft...

location is kinda sketchy and building doesn't require a key to get in, even at 3am...

but really convenient for havasu state park...

I wouldn’t even give this place any stars, the front desk lady is extremely rude, the bedding and carpet is absolutely disgusting! Asked for a refund after literally 5 mins and she refused. Now I’m waiting for my deposit back, after reading the reviews I doubt I will and also very glad I chose to stay at another hotel…

Love all the beautiful plants and the clean rooms really impressed me, and l travel alot. The lady running this motel is an amazing woman!! Loved our talk in the morning!
