NO AC FOR OVER A WEEK IN THE MIDDLE OF SUMMER ON MOVE IN DAY

Don’t rent here through Tina. She’ll move you into a “brand new” apartment that is supposed to be finished but isn’t. When I first moved in there were bathroom vents and central air vents laying on the ground right below where they were supposed to be installed, backsplashes that aren’t mounted and just fall down if touched, no AC for longer then a week in middle of summer. Neighborhood cats will poop around your place and they’ll blame tiny buried turds on your full-size dog. The owner walks around the windows of a property on Palo Verde S every morning when people are getting up and ready for work “acting” like he’s sweeping.. Tina had absolutely zero communication on maintenance work that needed to be done leaving a hole in the wall for over 3 months from a water leak that was never patched. I also had to check up with her 3 times via email to see where my deposit money was and couldn’t get ahold of her until after it was already mailed and deducted $1100!!! for SMALL dents on a refrigerator that where there prior to move in. $80 for “touch up” paint which is part of wear and tear. I don’t know what else she deducted because she said she was going to send over the information via email and went unreachable again shortly after the phone call. I felt like she always had a chip on her shoulder every time I talked to her. Not to mention it took her 16 days to send the check with excuses of they’ve had “9 vacated units in one month”. I wonder why. I’ve rented 2 places through havasu realty and both have caused financial hardships and unneeded stress. I Spent over $20,000 renting an apartment through havasu realty in a little over a year and they still want to take more. Greedy people.

Would never deal with these people again. Harrased me about my kids living at place saying I had more kids than what I did. Then when I moved still charged me for cleaning when I had proof of my place being cleaned. Everything they said needed cleaned was already done. So they ended up screwing me out of $300 on my deposit. Carpets were never replaced like they should have been. Looked like original carpets from when house was built then tells me they will still charge me for professional cleaning "if she didnt like how it looked". Would absolutely not recommend dealing with these clowns.

I first used Havasu Realty when Suzanne White was there. We purchased several properties thru her.
She set me up with email notifications for when a property matching our criteria went on the market. If there was a property of interest, she would drive out and take additional pictures and give me her input before driving 300 miles to check it out in person. She was easy to contact. Always answers her phone or calls you right back.
I have also used Tina Lamb for property management, who is also absolutely great. She also answers her phone or calls right back.
Tina has gotten several of our properties ready for rent by contacting contractors and meeting with them to go over the scope of the work and repairs.
Once repairs have been made, she has been able to get our places rented out in a short amount of time.
I would never hesitate to use her for property management, and trust her judgement.

The realtor that I rented from has been a nightmare and a half. If something broke, she told me to my face that I broke it. She has been rude, and unprofessional on several occasions. She told me that the blinds in the spare bedroom didn't need replacing ( they literally were broken) because she told me I didn't sleep in there. I am, subsequently moving out because of her.

There like a car salesman. Once they get you committed into a lease, or other. Treat you at thier convenience. Dana was one of the most unprofessional persons I've ever dealt with. There are alot of realtors in LHC. Definitely choose other. You'll be glad you did.
