The center is full of history and information! Very nice to watch the monitor about the bridge or walk and read!
However, the staff needs improvement on their willingness to greet and inquire to customer if they need help or offer assistance. The lady was so into everything else, but trying to help, no eye contact, no greeting.
There should be an energetic employee to set the tone and welcome people. This center needs work on the customer service. I walked out. They are Sad.
Update: poor response by manager. But I didn't expect anything good from here.

Super friendly lady that had fascinating stories to tell and was helpful when we asked for assistance. It was worth the stop to see some of the funny pictures and history. There are plenty of trinkets that were reasonably priced.
