I have to say the owner was not just educational, he was honest and didn't try to up sell anything! He took the time to explain things and answer questions. I have been in a public service job my whole life seen liars, cheats, and cons. He is none of that! I highly recommend this guy to anyone looking at solar and or of grid living.

I do not usually write reviews but the service was so spectacular, I had to acknowledge. I bought a propane refrigerator/ freezer 7-8 year's ago from Ben's. This summer, the freezer worked but the refrigerator was not cooling. I called Ben's on a weekend for any suggestions and Ben responded by phone, gave me several trouble shooting tips and emailed a PDF that provided photos and step-by-step instructions on to fix the problem...crisis averted on my family vacation! That is customer support...years after sale!

We have been so happy with our new stove and the fine folks at Ben's Deals are the ones who helped make it happen! They really worked with us on shipping, helped us to find a local FedEx warehouse to have it sent to, which in turn, reduced the expense. Customer service has been great, I would definitely buy from these people again!! 5 star all the way!

I am a small customer who just purchased a propane fridge and instant hot water unit from Ben, and I am very happy with not only what I received but the way it was shipped and most of all the great consultation Ben gave me prior to purchase regarding what best fits my needs, as well as several months later when I had questions as it was being installed. Ben knows everything there is to know about Crystal Cold, and he responds quickly and knowledgeably to requests for information as well as cries for help. AVOID AT ALL COST. They shipped me a stove and fridge with missing parts and damage. Over four months, 37 emails and dozens of calls (from a number that ended up being shut off months later) they told me I could ship it back at my own expense for a refund. When it arrived they responded I must have "stripped it myself". Clearly this was a scam and I was out 2k and no appliances. I have photos, emails, receipts, and all communications saved. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Great customer support! Our fridge started having a problem cooling and Ben walked me through troubleshooting, and determined I needed to clean the orifice. I did that and problem solved - works like new, and no expensive service call needed!
