It is very unfortunate that I have to write a negative review ironically I sent a positive review 5 1/2 months ago about Sparks Furniture . I sure wish I had not. I paid Sparks Furniture in full for a bedroom set beginning of August. They told me it would be approximately up to six weeks for shipping Post six weeks. I followed up with them every couple weeks and they had a host of excuses always blaming it on the furniture company then about two months ago they did not even respond to text email anything and I doubt primarily with gunner Sparks camera Sparks the owner son at the Bell Road location when I did not hear from them a month ago I drove to the Bell Road location and found out it had closed The owner of the company adjacent to where the Bell Road Sparks used to be was happy to inform me that they had closed that location but the primary location in Sierra Nevada owned by Cameron Sparks was still very much open. He even gave me the phone number go figure. I reached out to that location. I spoke to the employees they said that there was many people that were also calling in disgruntled. They said the owner Cameron would only respond. Moving forward to folks like myself if I sent an email to him directly and I did he did respond and once again he blamed it on the furniture company and said he was angry. They had not actually shipped it as they promised a couple months ago. He said that he was going to issue me a refund check for the full value. I told him that would be great acceptable we’d move on. It’s been two weeks. I’ve sent numerous emails to Cameron and he no longer is responding even though he promised to send the checks so effectively they have stolen my money. They have lied repeatedly Obviously I’m going to have to pursue other means to get my money back, but I wanted the general public to know that he has stolen my money at this point they are not reputable. I am an army veteran, which makes it even more disgusting that he has done this not that I am any better or worse than anybody elsebut if in fact, you’re looking for a review on them, they are very, very unethical immoral however you wanna look at it you get the general picture

Good polite service. Had exactly what I needed for a complete bedroom set at a reasonable price. Entire purchase took about 30 minutes.

Only negative is length of time to get a couple pieces shipped, but they gave me fair warning of delivery shortcomings of that particular manufacturer.

All of our s furniture is from Sparks, Janet and the team there are wonderful, they don't charge much for delivery and the pick up of the old items!

I highly recommend them!

Would give a zero star if possible. Absolutely the worst furniture buying experience of a lifetime. Not only did the delivery kiddos gouge my wall, which Sparks never repaired, but it took over eight (8) months vs. eight (8) weeks as estimated to receive full delivery of our couch!! There was a complete lack of communication throughout the multiple delays of delivery and my phone calls and texts were constantly ignored. Buyer Beware!!

I am disheartened to see that others are experiencing the same issue. I, too, paid in full for furniture in early September, and we have encountered the exact same situation. Despite numerous follow-ups, the furniture has not been delivered, and the company continues to provide excuses. They have stopped responding to emails and calls, leaving us concerned that we may have lost thousands of dollars.

The purchase went well. Nice quality 3 piece set, no complaints there. Good delivery experience. My complaint is when I made a claim for the warranty, when the recliner broke, she said it was a slow process and would take a long time. A year later I followed up and they had no record that she filed a claim for me. I have made several phone calls trying to reach the manager and no response. Happy with the furniture but not the customer service. Will never purchase here again.

I purchased a couch and it was delivered broken. It has been three months and it still is not fixed. I have contacted them many, many, many times and I am still waiting for the repair. I would not recommend Sparks Furniture to anyone!!!

It's been almost a year since I bought my couch, and I still don't have the final piece. It was delayed over and over again and there was no communication from the store. I have to continuously contact them and I still don't get updates.
