Tried to go around 11am and there was a sign on the door that said be back around 11:30am. I guess they are short of help. I understand, but they missed a customer. I really planned for them to be a part of the few stores I came for. Calvin Klein, J. Crew, Banana Republic, & Perry Ellis. That's all I was there for. Oh Well.

Perry Ellis outlet has always been a pleasant experience. My fiance and I have recently been going in almost weekly and enjoying the amazingly priced pieces at a decent quality. We also have recently began to work more and more with a sales associate named Blake. He is phenomenal in his customer service and anyone going to the outlet store needs to ask for him. He is really nice, caring, and takes care of us whenever we have a question or a concern. Shoutout to the best sales guy at Perry Ellis!

I'm a woman and I was looking for a suit for a wedding. I have never bought a suit, never been in a suit store, don't know the first thing about suits. I was a little intimidated coming here. I must've looked pretty lost. An employee, Alex, asked me if I needed help with anything. I said no. A few minutes later he asked me again and I'm glad cause I really needed it.

Alex helped me from start to finish. Gave me feedback on how each item fit, explained things about suits, and made sure I had a good looking outfit. I think he worked with me for 40 minutes. I am so grateful for his time, I would've looked like a sack of potatoes if he had let me pick my own pieces out.

His coworker was pretty nice too, but I didn't catch her name.

As far as the selection, it's great. The clothes here are a good price for something really nice. You still have to spend a little, but it's a good investment. Good quality products.

Went in with my boyfriend so he can purchase a new outfit for a wedding. We were greeted right away, however it took them almost over an hour to see if we needed help. I literally felt like I worked there helping my boyfriend with getting shoe sizes and colors, belts, all the above. After, the hour went by I guess the sales associate Freddy decided it would be a great time to help. Although, by then it wasn't needed ( after several times walking back and forth). I had also asked the other associate there if he could please call the AZ mills Mall location to see if they had a certain belt size. He did, but was very short with words (just non- pleasant). The entire time shopping at this location was unpleasant. We will definitely not be returning to this location. I work in a customer service base industry and this not acceptable. I recommend visiting a different location or entire store.

Very disgusted with how my cousin was treated when seeking attire for a very important interview he's been preparing for. He felt VERY rushed. He's had a very busy work schedule which leaves him only the evenings to work with when it comes to shopping. He came into this store and was greeted by a Hispanic gentleman asking him if he needed help with anything/what is he looking for and a very abrupt reminder that they close at 8pm (it was 7:22). When my cousin informed him that he was looking for interview attire he proceeded to convince him to leave and go to VanHeusen to find what he was looking for because he may have better luck there. My cousin mentioned that it was weird of him to promote another store but the gentleman kept saying that he would have better luck there and they are having a closeout sale so he would save money. He told my cousin if he couldn't find anything there feel free to come back. It left my cousin feeling very uncomfortable so he decided to leave (7:27pm) on his way out of the door the guy called after him "I close the store at 7:50" HORRIBLE experience, we will NEVER drop another dime at this place
