We had a fantastic experience working with Austin at Flagstaff Bicycle Revolution! He took a ton of time to help us get a new bike fit for our son and educate us about all things bikes. He even offered to look at my bike, my younger sons bike and my wife's bike to make sure the suspension was set up properly! This was an amazing customer service experience at a fantastic bike shop! We'll be visiting Flagstaff Bicycle Revolution for all of our biking needs anytime we're in the Flagstaff area!

I feel bad I haven't written a review for this shop before, because for years now, this has been the best shop in town. Arguably the best shop I've ever been to. Service is unmatched, from the moment you walk in they want to help with no judgement whatsoever.

Wife's bike had failing front brakes that weren't meant to be disassembled, they tried to fix it with an o-ring that wasn't exact to save me some money but it ended up not working. Didn't charge me a dime when it didn't work and ended up going with a brand new set and they put me to the front of the service line to make sure it got done quickly.

I have countless other incidents of service I needed and they always go above and beyond to get you back on the trail quickly. Austin has always been super helpful and down to earth which is a real breath of fresh air when it comes to a bike shop. The rest of the crew is a great group too, please check FBR out! Doesn't hurt they are smack in between the best pizza in town and the best beer! Keep up the great work!

Words can't even begin to describe how wonderful this bike shop is. It is seriously the best community of bike enthusiasts around, all the staff are welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable. I like to say that they have the PhD in Bikes because they know how to talk to and understand your interests and passions with bikes to help you match the components and bikes with your desires.

Recently I decided to order a hard to get frame and the bike rev got it. Then Austin helped me select every single component to make the build exactly what I want. Austin and his staff helped me make sure everything was lined up and in stock given the difficult times with covid and ordering parts. Once everything arrived they called me up and I went to the shop...

To validate how great this shop is, I drove from Durango, Colorado to Flagstaff to make this purchase because this shop is seriously the best. Once there they had a custom built customer bike build rack where I could see all my components lined up and they had the bike built by the end of the day! Amazing!

Definitely the best shop in town! People here are friendly and the service department knows what they are doing. I bought my bike here, and the team helped me make sure everything was fitted correctly and the bike was in proper working order.

I had an outstanding customer experience at Flagstaff Bicycle Revolution from the moment I called them to confirm they had a particular bike in stock, to picking up the bike, to having all my questions answered. I actually drove 4.5 hours to this shop (one way) as it was the closest to me that actually had the exact bike I was looking for. I am definitely glad I made the drive because the person who helped me, his name is Rando (I think actually Randy), provided an absolutely A+ customer experience. I had no MTB experience since the 90s, and came with a list of written down questions which he answered patiently and informatively. Really, in the bike fitting, and overview, 90% of my questions were already answered. Then I was given a great deal on a helmet and bottle cage, not to mention pedals! I constantly note the bad or indifferent customer service I receive at places I spend money. I am very glad to say this time, spending a not insignificant amount of money on a new bike, and drive 9 hours roundtrip, Rando and the team at Flagstaff Bicycle Revolution made it all absolutely worth it. It is worth the effort to go there in person to get a bike. This was one of my all-time best customer service experiences. Great job FBR! (the only quibble, parking can be hard to find in the busy downtown area)

Count me in with another 5 star review. I broke my derailleur and called right before closing time. They were swamped but agreed to take my bike in and give it a go. They got in done for me the next morning, for a very fair price and it worked perfectly. I absolutely couldn't have asked for anything more. 5 stars!

Love my new bike! Austin was so patient with all of my questions, and he took the time to make sure that the bike was a perfect fit before I left. All of the guys there are so knowledgeable and helpful - they all seem to really love what they do.

I came by during the heavy January snow storm because I needed a Cable Anchor Bolt to fix my snow blower snow shoot, Randal and Austin were very helpful in helping me find the bolt and hooking me up with a cup of coffee, I highly recommend this shop, this guys were very professional and very helpful.
