I have had a great experience every time I shop here. It is a large store with a lot of merchandise. You definitely want to take your time while shopping. They restock every day, so you just have to try your luck. The staff are always nice and helpful to me. I haven't had any issues with crowds, but I go during the week. I really love the beautiful wedding dress selection.

Plan to spend some time searching/hunting! This store has a lot going on so it can be overwhelming, but there are hidden gems here. I suggest wearing thin layers to try the items over your clothing - there’s no fitting rooms and everything is final sale.
I spent about an hour and a half here but could have easily spent another 2 if I had the time.
This location is at Arizona Mills which made me slightly reluctant to go but the store has its own separate entrance from the mall.

I definitely recommend giving this place a shot!

We came at 11am on a Sunday. We shopped for two hours and had one person in line ahead of us. It was very fast. The store was clean and organized. We got our 20% at checkout.

Sounds like the store has things sorted out now so all the below complaints are now invalid.

Suggestions: wear a tight tanktop and biker shorts. You will need to slide in and out of clothing easily. There are no changing rooms just mirrors on the wall. Wear comfy shoes for lots of walking!

Their inventory was amazing. We loved shopping here. We talked family into traveling here from out of state so we can all shop together

Complete chaos! Unorganized. However, there are some good items when you hunt for them. A lot of items are not in good condition. Hence why they are there, but definitely check over your items well. You can NOT return anything. NO fitting rooms. Hostile customers, too - overall, not the best experience, and I will shop at other thrift stores.

This is my dream store!! They have so many incredible items and clothes, and although it is big it is very well organized. There is more xs sizes, but plenty of other sizes. Free people is my favorite brand and now I can find 5 pieces at Reclectic for the price of one!

This store is overwhelmingly great! If you’re a Nuuly, free people, Anthropologie, BGD lover they will have something for you. Make sure to allow lots of time to peruse, and use the bathroom in the mall. There are no dressing rooms so wear a body suit and get comfy being an exhibitionist. Most dresses were $20-60. T-shirts are $10. Jackets/coats $50. Sandals $20. On Running shoes $56.

Great store and I'm so excited we finally got one! There currently are only 2 Re-clectic in the country and this is the 2nd one. This is the discount outlet for Anthropologie, Free People and Urban Outfitters. There is so much stuff to browse! Wedding dresses from Bhldn/Anthropologie Weddings, Shoes, Jackets, Athletic wear, graphics, intimates and more. You will need to take time to browse. No there are not any fitting rooms so you'll find a mirror and try things on, so I recommend wearing something easy to throw things over or under to try clothes on. I got like 5 things for $130 that would've cost me $1500+ at full price. My favorite grab is the dress and the Mac Duggal dress. There aren't a lot of housewares currently but the anthro outlet in Gilbert is better for that.

Reclectic can be a gold mine if you know how to shop & have a lot of patience! I would allocate at least 2 hours to browse through all of the inventory. Be careful of clothes in damaged condition as it is an outlet (however most of the merchandise is brand new/like new). I mainly enjoy coming here for shoes, homeware items, & accessories. There is a men's section but the store in general has a feminine lean. The staff is extremely friendly & very engaging. The checkout process can be long & daunting so I would recommend coming at opening time. The prices range from $5 all the way up to $300 for the bridal dresses. Knocking a one-star off because I wish it was more centrally located in Phoenix and Arizona Mills can be a bit sketchy. Gratefully there's entrance from the parking lot so it's a very easy in and out. 4/4 stars!
