Great people and nice selection. Getting here was confusing as they are located at Palo Verde Rd and Ajo. If you google it wrong it takes to way to far west on Ajo! This is not “officially” on Ajo, it’s on Palo Verde….even though the store literally faces Ajo!!

We went with Tile Outlet for our home floor tile project after having a bad experience with another firm here in Tucson. I am so glad we did! The process of selecting our tile went smooth. Carl was super patient and helpful offering advice but never pushing us. The installers he recommended Curtis Terry and Leo were absolutely phenomenal! completely professional and hardworking. They had us back in business in no time and the house looks beautiful! again they made suggestions here and there and helped us decide things during the install, but were never pushy and never did we feel like we were being sold something not to our benefit! great experience from start to finish! completely recommend Tile Outlet and Curtis and Leo too!

Excellent service and installation. We have a lovely kitchen now. Thank you. We selected granite and tile in-shop. Ultimately the granite we selected was not available in the right size for our job which delayed things somewhat. So we went to a granite wholesale store called Granite Granite, and picked out two slabs. Then we used a subcontractor with tile outlet, and the cut and finished granite was installed. The wholesale price for the granite slabs really helped in terms of the overall cost for the renovation. The installer did a nice job and came back to tidy up a few areas later on. We hired our own tile installer. All in all, strongly recommended.

I have had a great experience working with Tile Outlet for a modest kitchen remodel in my historic Sam Hughes home. Jordan and the other helpful staff at the showroom were knowledge and patient with me, as I vacillated between different materials and became unsure of what to pick since granite and quartz are a bit of an investment. They were very kind, patient and kept with me while I worked through my choice. Then the owner, Kara came in and she was great too. She was patient and knowledgable, while also creative and smart as she helped by coming up with a solution to my design and budget dilemma. I left happy with every aspect of the interaction, service, price and quality. I am returning to work with them for the balance of my remodel, to pick out tile for wainscoting and other needs. Went in wanting to support local businesses at a time like this. HUGE MISTAKE. I went in and asked for VINYL flooring and even specified the kind you peel and stick The man that was there directed me to a station with different colors to choose from I ordered almost $300 worth of flooring. When it came in I picked it up and discovered it was vinyl flooring that I would have had to purchase more items for a already $300 purchase I contacted to the store the man stated he couldn’t refund or return when HE WAS IN FACT THE ONE WHO TOLD ME A FALSE DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT WHEN I HAD STATED EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. In return if helping a local business clearly the only thing this business is interested in is misrepresentation and conning people for money. I will be filling a small claim in court
