I purchased floor mats from this company . I opened the package and tried to place the floor mats in my vehicle and they didn't fit . I went inside the store told the gentleman that I spoke to that the floor mats were to small and that they didn't fit. I asked if I could return them and they told me there are no returns , and no refunds . I have filed a dispute with my bank and I will no longer be buying anything from this store ever again

Wow your response is shady too! I never said I wanted a free refund, I wanted a functioning product. How disrespectful. Why does your website claim Brand New Product? Why are you lying to your customers? How about you answer a real question instead of implying I wanted to steal from you? Are you delusional?
How ridiculous to screw over a customer and act Smug about it.

Shady business owner. Bought a queen bed frame, website claims All Brand New Product (lies) the box was covered in duct tape should’ve been first red flag, lug the thing upstairs to open up and discover all the slats are missing rendering product entirely Unusable. Call store, employee informs me I MUST bring the faulty product back for my money, so cue lugging this whole thing back down stairs to my car all the way to their store. Never mind I just moved in to my new place, had to get screwed by these guys too!

Employee goes on to inform me the owner is aware of what they’re doing, they’re deliberately buying damaged goods on the low and claiming it’s new, and selling to us. Who cares about busted stuff, just make it someone else’s problem!

The good reviews are a lie, don’t spend your money here, not even offered a coupon or discount for the physical labor and headache you put me through because you wanted to save a couple bucks. Scummy.

They have a lot of NEW overstock items. Washers, dryers, televisions, baby items, appliances, housewares and many other items at good prices. A lot of the items have an Amazon print out with them so you can see what they are.

Bargain Bros was one of the easiest and best ways to find home goods as well as necessities, will be coming here not just in emergency needs but my first place to visit
