Es una gran estafa. Mal servicio al cliente. La garantía no sirve para nada. Mi recomendación es no comprarles nada. Compré una mini nevera para mi hija para que pudiera usarla en la universidad. El vendedor me dijo que no lo encendiera durante 24 horas después de transportarlo. Yo lo hice. Cuando lo enchufamos, no funcionó. Llegué a la tienda y me dijeron que llamara a la línea de soporte. Llamé muchas veces y dejé mensajes y nadie me devolvió la llamada. Llevé el refrigerador a la tienda y me dijeron que lo dejara allí y que lo arreglarían; de lo contrario, me cambiarían o me devolverían el dinero. Vine 2 veces más porque no supe de nadie. Finalmente, allí mismo, el vendedor de la tienda llamó al soporte técnico y me devolvieron la llamada diciendo que lo cambiarían. Pero no vi nada que tuviera el mismo valor que el frigorífico que devolví. Les dije que quería que me devolvieran mi dinero y no les importó. No te metas con esa tienda.

It's a big scam. Bad customer service. Warranty is useless. My recommendation is not to buy from them at all. I bought a mini fridge for my daughter so she could use it in college. Sales person told me not to turn it on for 24 hours after transporting it. I did that. When we plugged it in, it didn't work. I came to the store I was told to call support line. I called many times for a week and left messages no one called me back. I took the fridge back to the store they said to leave it there, and it would be fixed, otherwise I would either get an exchange or get my money back. I came 2 more times because I heard from no-one. Finally right there at the store sales guy called the support for me and they called me back saying that they would exchange it. But I didn't see anything that was of equal value as the fridge I returned. I told them I want my money back, and they didn't care. Don't get involved with that store.

This is a great place to shop! Locally owned support small business! This man has taken great losses but still manages to help serve his customers with a smile on his face! It's a tough business but he's making it look easy! Great deals, respectful and friendly helpful staff matched with some of the best prices in town! Definitely worth a return visit, this isn't my first time and it surely won't be the last! Thanks again guys! Your doing great

My parents just bought a washer and dryer from here over the weekend. The washer spills all the water and the dryer does not dry. My dad went back. They got his info and said a New York phone number would call him to resolve the problem. I will keep you guys updated to see what happens. I hope this is not a Scam and my dad just lost his money but it's a little sketchy. I'll keep you guys updated....

Upon approval to return your defective product, you have to buy from them again to return there defective product and then you'll get a refund in 24hrs. Your just trading in for another defective product. I just wasted $266.00 bucks. This place is a scam. Stay away. I understand we are just trying to save money but you'll lose your money to this place. SCAM

Love this place. It has tons of every kind of stuff...from soup to nuts. LOL Whenever we're in Phx. I always come here to look for new finds. Some prices are great and others aren't as cheap. I guess it depends on who prices them. Some prices aren't on the items, so just take it up to the front and ask. It's a big place, so be prepared to spend some time to get the bargains. The workers all have a sense of humor and make it fun to shop here. No A/C, just fans. Even though it's hot in the summer, I don't mind dealing with the heat to shop here. I usually always find good stuff when we go.

Great store. Always come here FIRST before going to Harbor Freight or Home Depot. They have LOTS of paint and large variety of tools. All employees polite and helpful.
