This court should be optimized for a homeless shelter. Non educated people from the street can probably a better job with ethics and verifications with probably less use of profanity in comparison with one of the regular prosecutors. If not this building then a perhaps a near by supreme court instead for said purpose.

Have been trying for over a week to call in as I've been sick and trying to pay off tickets. After calling for now the 5th time for over 45 min waiting each time I'm hanging up. This is a joke. All I want to do is pay in full my tickets as I work full time during normal business hours so getting into the court is extremely difficult for me. Try to pay online and because I have two tickets it wont let me pay either.

I wish I would have got the name of the person I spoke with on the phone. I saw him earlier when I was in the office. ( he wasn't working the window at the time )He's an African American He was extremely helpful I believe he's a manager there. He is informative and like I said helpful. In person when I was there the staff at the actual window is initially nice. As long as you don't ask questions. If your someone that is experienced in the court system. Specifically the city el Mirage. Then you'll be fine. But if your an average citizen and need help or have a few questions, they don't seem to like it. There job can be difficult im sure they get angry people. But I was very polite and soft spoken when asking my questions to better understand my legal my options. And the young female upfront with the long dark hair was very dismissive. And annoyed and just kept repeating her original answer that I clearly have a question about. And she would just repeat the original answer back to me. She was clearly annoyed that she had to listen or answer my questions which were not asked in a demanding fashion, And there was no line. It was 8:20 in the morning. The place was empty and somehow I was keeping her from something. Do not expect them to take time and explain things to you or have your questions welcomed. Basically do not go there expecting customer service. But do call and if ask for the manager he's pretty cool and very informative.

I received a ticket from one of their cameras while a family member was borrowing my car while theirs was down. Apparently there is no due diligence on their end or they would have seen the difference between a 200 lb white guy with a beard vs. A 280 lb. Clean shaven Mexican. Either way, I had to go down to the courts to clear it which I did because it obviously wasn't me and you are guilty until proven innocent here. Fast forward a few months, my insurance premium renews and doubles...i find out the ticket is still on my record. I don't want to take another day off work so I call and am put on hold for 45 minutes without ever speaking to a human before giving up, for something I did not do. This is not justice, this is being too lazy to verify information and then being too lazy to answer the phone.

I swear I think judge Morgan be Monte Morgan. is out to get me. I was served in a very unprofessional manner in a parking lot at Dark Night by myself in my car not even at my home so I complained and now I was sent to court I disputed that I was not the driver yet my license was suspended before I even knew and then my fine went up so I'm not sure where the Justice is but I'm trying to find someone that can really help me because this was not okay. This is really deeper than the surface of my review but it is not okay and to have my license suspended before my dispute is even reviewed is really not Justice the city of El Mirage wants money but you are going after the wrong people. I did write to anyone who would hear my complaint and my voice whether it goes anywhere or not I need to advocate for myself that includes contacting the NAACP. If it was a clerk and not the judge then they need to communicate better it is not okay. My license is suspended I'm traumatized by the encounter with the white person that served me my summons in the dark night by myself and now I have to pay extra and have no clue why I just don't agree that we should treat people like this because we have a title and a robe and Authority it is not okay.

very rude , hostile and unprofessional court director. he came all the way
outside to argue with me hollering in front of all the people in line because
i complained to him that there is a heat advisory of 116 degrees and there
are sick and elderly people waiting for an hour and a 1/2 outside with no shade to get into the court. that is shameful your system is broke ! fix it Rod Wettlin, don't just be upset and hostile, fix it!

This place is a joke. Dont get there early for anything because you will wait. The staff was nice but the court system and how they handle papwerwork is a joke. I was the 2nd person there after they opened and waited 2.5 hours. People who were seen after my hearing (speeding ticket) were getting their paperwork before me. They need a better system or more people to handle the cases.

Court date set for 8 o'clock sign says only ten people in court room now there is 14 not counting court staff because its a half hour passed my court time and still waiting and we don't have a life to live so we wait gotta love the justice system!!!
