They used to have a big selection of Nike brand shoes not like they used to I'm not into all those Nikes that are all different colors and I just was looking for a black and white pair of Nikes nothing

Employees are rude. Nobody acknowledges you until they absolutely HAVE TO, and even then, it’s mediocre communication at best. Slow service, and just downright not friendly. The selection is great tho, and it’s the only reason for the two stars. If I DO shop here again, it’ll only be because it’s an emergency situation.Customer service is the priority in jobs working with the public. These people apparently were the best they could do, and that’s sad. Manager was better than the chick up front. She was at least speaking to me, even if she did cut me off to talk to the coworker for something unrelated to the task at hand.

Most incompetent employees. I called an hour prior to arriving to the store to make sure they had a certain pair of shoes in stock. Once I arrived I was told that they didn’t have the shoes at all, and didn’t know who answered the phone and told me otherwise. The young lady working had a very dismissive and nasty attitude. Will never return to this location.
