Nice storefront. We're having a pool installed and appreciate the ability to go to this location to pick out various finishes and tiles. Being able to put eyes and hands on the pavers and tiles is a big advantage over picking them out from a website or a sample book. Helpful and friendly staff too. I'll be sure to update or do another review after the pool is finished.

Terri is amazing. She patiently educated us, scheduled a wet-test, and executed an amazing experience from ‘unsure’ buyers to the home delivery of our spa. Before purchasing my hot tub I went to a couple different stores that were more concerned about the bottom line than my needs. My contractor mentioned Sunsplash and the minute I walked in I knew I would be purchasing from them. Terri listened to my needs and pricing concerns and helped me find the perfect one in my budget. The install went seamlessly and they sent someone to help me understand all the details so I wasn’t going through the manual all on my own. But possibly the best part of working with them is that if I have any questions or need any help, all I have to do is call. It’s been over a year and they are still so quick to either give me some tips and advice or send someone out. I have an Airbnb, so my hot tub has a bit more wear and tear than the usual hot tub. I highly recommend purchasing from Sunsplash, everyone goes above and beyond to help with all your needs, their customer service is truly top-notch!!!

I inherited an older Spa with the house we bought in 2021. One day I went to get in and it was completely empty. I was baffled because I was in it the day before and it was perfect. My boyfriend took the panels off and discovered a leak by the pump. He gave me the pieces and told me what we needed. I went to Sun Splash because a number of people I know utilize their services and recommended them highly. They didn't have what I needed in stock because it was an older spa. They took the time to look through catalogs to order the part for me. Terri suggested reaching out to a contractor they work with and this gentleman had the part I needed. They called me and told me to come down to pick it up and when I did, they didn't even charge me for the part, just the gasket lubricant which was nothing. This was my 1st experience with Sun Splash and they did this for me. I This is above and beyond customer service. I recommend you do business with them and find out for yourself how wonderful they are. I'm enjoying my spa again, THANK YOU!!!!!!

Chad and the guys at Sunsplash did a fantastic job doing the pool and 900+ sqft of travertine patio on our new construction. Throughout the process Chad has been the most professional and honest contractor I have worked with. What sets him apart from practically every other experience in building our house was their attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the Verde Valley thinking of a pool or hot tub or patio.

I have been a spa owner for 20 years. When we moved to Sedona, we looked at several dealers in Sedona and Prescott. We then came to Sunsplash pools in Cottonwood. We purchased a Bullfrog from them for several reasons, with quality, price and service being at the top of our list. We have not been disappointed at all and have referred many friends to Terri who agreed with our high assessment and became customers as well.

This spa has met our needs perfectly and has required one minor service call in 7 years which was handled promptly and covered by ouir warranty. We use this spa every day and frequently twice as day.
